I've been driving one of these for a month, and I love it. The only problem is that the glossy panels pick up finger marks very easily ! Keep a micro-fibre cloth in the car if you have OCD tendencies.

I really dislike small engines with turbos. Prefer a natural 1.8 or 2.0 engine. Difficult to find 1.8L or 2.0L engines with a manual petrol powertrain nowadays. Disappointing. Mazda and Audi I think are the only manufacturers still offering such powertrains. With BMW recently ditching manual gearboxes with their petrol engines.
Excellent review and interesting thoughts on higher engine displacement with less horsepower for long term durability - hadn’t considered that before!

Is that digital white or polar white? I am about to order a CLA, but unfortunately jupiter red is no longer available for 2020, so I have to choose a new colour. By the way... I like it when you drive through my old home. Keep up the good work!

You will probably not drive this car on slippery roads Yassin? MB´s are not performing good when the road is icy.
@@bafattvahetere thanks Claes. Why wouldn't it perform. Slippery roads are always a trouble for all cars. Maybe the 4 matic would have had a better grip on those conditions.

The exterior design is just amazing, truly captivating. The interior improved a lot too but personally, i don't really like it all that much. Too tacky and flashy with too many shapes and it's just all over the place.
I agree about the interior. People seem to rave about the air vents and all the shiny plastic but it's all a bit too flashy for my tastes. I'd personally prefer something a bit more old-fashioned and less showy in design, but we seem to be in a minority.

This is the exact interior of my A Class with the exception of the seats.....it doesn’t feel different enough....id stay with the A or jump straight to the C

Fay Ahmad a class is not deserving of the badge and it more common but in the UK the new cla 2020 is very rare, I’ve seen hardly any and coz I’m under 20 it makes sense
Great review of a great car, the only annoying fact is that is no longer a Mercedes engine but a Renault sourced engine.
Not in the 220 and 250, it's a real mercedes engine

i want to order a cla250 in digital white color and i think this one is the same color a can see this color live in our country and i interesed is this color nice in live view
I have a 220 in polar white. I love it, but I think all the colours looks great to be honest. The Jupiter Red is amazing but sadly we don't have that in the UK.
@@chrisf1600 i have this similar red color on my golf gtd mk7 it was great but now i would like to have white i love the pearl efect like on C and E class (diamantweiss metallic bright) but sad this color is not exists for cla just that digital white it have that grey contrast

@@yassinahmed7899 Hi Yassin - I've never seen them side by side, but I can tell you that the polar white is a very pure "brilliant" white, and from pictures it seems like the digital white may have a slight cream tint. I'm sure the metallic finish would look great but I've never seen it in real life.
@@yassinahmed7899 i seen it side by side but on a A class the polar white is a pure clean white it s basic color without sparkling on the sun the digital white is metalic color so it have this sparking effect but in the shadow it turns lite on grey efect

You guys not in the US are so lucky you dont get those 2 ugly bumps on the rear bumper. They look hideous and ruin the styling of the car.
I saw this in a US review. It really messes up the design. Stupid regulations over there ;)

Not a fan of the interior design. Looking rather dated. I do not doubt the exceptional build quality though.

enault dacia engine made in hungary and many parts made in china, mercedes benz loses quality and prestige, you pay for a premium and under the hood you get a renault etc, boring bland front bumper with huge fake air intakes and cheap plastic holes, Where it should have some beautiful front fog lights, it has grilles and cheap plastic, not even some daytime running night lights on the front skirt that in addition to being beautiful and giving a sporty touch to the car are a great safety tool, but once again Mercedes Benz He prefers to reduce costs and reduce quality in favor of tacky plastic and absurd fashions that are not worth anything, and the same happens with other premium brands such as audi etc, designers without stylo or personality that copy each other without any imagination, .no I am surprised that more and more people restore and update cars with more than 20 years with a beautiful and original line, etc., the interior with a screen Of large dimensions and a beautiful and quality instrument panel, another negative aspect is the abuse of the famous and dirty piano black that in addition to being ugly scratches and dirties just by looking at it.
