  • Whether you're dealing an acute lower back disc injury or chronic lower back problems, hip hinging is a fundamental movement pattern on your path back to better spinal health.
    Our Chiropractor walks you through a beginners variation to learning this movement pattern.
    We often find that clients with acute and chronic lower back problems to simultaneously have reduce thoracic extension. We've added an additional thoracic extension component to this movement patter.
    The goal is to perform 50 reps, twice per day. This however will likely be too much to begin with, so find a number of reps you are comfortable doing and build from there.
