Always awesome Larry. What beautiful settings. The rain looked awesome. As far as next. I love the 1960’s Euro cars. I am sure that they’ve been shot all over the place. Perhaps, you can give some other countries’ 1960’s cars some coverage. Japan, France, etc.
If one were to do something as heretical as cutting up an F40, they'd better make it the collest thing in the universe. And I think they just about achieved that.
@Eclipse538 kyza does the same thing. Slams and adds a bodykit. That aint design. As someone who's studying design, I can tell you that is not design. There is a reason why kyza hasn't been hired by a car company despite being so "popular" you know. Because car companies want something they can build at a reasonable price and sell it and not have much of a liability. You know what else I haven't seen. Kyza design his own car.
Thank you for having Dino on the pioneer. Appreciate having him drop a token from his knowledge of the culture. And big Louis. Getting camera time. Super chill dude. Wassup Louis
I'll be honest, I think this is the most beautiful car in the world. The guys at LW have balls of steel to take a 2 million dollar F40, the greatest car ever made and put it on airbags. They knew the impact it would have, car guys clutching their pearls and losing a million bucks in the process- and did it anyway. There is value in that, artistic expression at its core is risk.
Kato is an absolute LEGEND! Every year you think he reached his peak, as every year he comes up with the most "offensive" car ever, I mean, last year you were there shoting an LB "worked" Miura! Yes, I know it was based on a GT40 kit car (but regardless), but the majority of the purist crowd either didn't know or didn't care, as for me personally, it was so well done under every aspect, that I would have loved for it to be the real thing, just like this F40. Kato's roots in the Kaido racer scene is pretty obvious for anybody that's into it, and I really appreciate the fact that he fully embraces it, he's proud of it, and he leterally built an empire inspired by his illegal street racing days. Can you be cooler than that? You can certainly try, but good luck! 😅
Great video. Love the work. But, honestly, as someone who shoots cars in Tokyo and all over Japan, I gotta say you really could have chosen somewhere more Tokyo than Italian Square in Shiodome. Sorry.
I'll admit that I'm one of those purists that thinks there's a point where it's been modded too much But that F40 is still just as beautiful as the original
people are amazing, imagine devaluing a 3 million dollar car just to be a 1 of 1. massive respect to the owner to see it as "just a car" we can widen up. looks amazing btw
that f40 turned out awesome, did not expect it can pop even more having aftermarket body kit! and in white gosh, i love it, i simply cannot stop looking it..😍
Thank you guys for your commitment and passion to the Cinematography Industry ! The next car you should feature is the Datsun 510 (Forza Horizon widebody version) keep up the good work 👍
There are things you can do, you should do, you shouldnt do and must not do. Ruining an F40 with drilling and putting screws in its genuin bodywork is definatly a must not do...
don't mistake car culture to car tamepring. don't get me wrong, i love tuning and all what's japan related tuning scene, but the F40 is just a work of art and love. You don't tune the Monna Lisa or the Statue of Liberty, you can reelaborate them as new installments; the F40 is just an icon, red, pulsating heart and the prancing horse is just telling us leave me alone. Protect the F40 at all cost: every time i see one messed with is like a violence. I may be too dramatic (as an italian...) but i do respect Nsx, subarus et similia and I won't put a V8 in a rotary. Maybe i'm wrong but a pristine F40 is just love ....and lust.
The looks are great, but for me the annoying part is that they did it to show of rather then to make a badass race car, when I see bags on such a icon I get sick to my stomach.
Great video, and very cool cars. That blue light car was NOT the police it's a local safety patrol, they were not cops, sorry. Again great content, great that Hagerty is stepping up and producing these videos. Cheers from Tokyo!
Gotta love a $191k Lambo wide body kit with dimpled panels where the fasteners were over-tightened. Also love the self tapping screws for the Ferrari panel 🤣.
Thanks! I'm just a bit ignorant so I didn't know anything about this car other than it being a Ferrari and that it looked beautiful. Loved the context you gave and love your shots (Any chance you could share what equipment you use? Haha). Anyways, cheers mate, you got another subscriber.
Larry I gotta say you're the most consummate Car culture cameraman that can catch a shot because that has to be the most beautiful wide body at 40 I have ever seen it's the only one but still that's the most beautiful find car Larry you did it again
Right now,at this moment. Looking at this white Ferrari,I don't think there's a more beautiful car or a more beautiful wide body kit than this. Stunning
Larry and Dino…in 日本 shooting my all time favorite super car? It doesn’t get better than this and the rain combined with the setting is just something unforgettable…sheesh!
Thank you guys for watching. What do you want me to feature next?
Feature a first gen BRZ/GT86 please.
The F40 being loaded up on the truck In the rain Is probably my favorite part of the video aesthetics wise.
Your photography tips,Larry.Ty!
Always awesome Larry. What beautiful settings. The rain looked awesome. As far as next. I love the 1960’s Euro cars. I am sure that they’ve been shot all over the place. Perhaps, you can give some other countries’ 1960’s cars some coverage. Japan, France, etc.
Top Secret JPN!
The rain gives it a complete different vibe. GREAT WORK and GREAT CARS!!!
😂 It hits different bro, what are you 12?
It's my childhood dream car. I am 45 and STILL...I am mesmerized with the F40!
Ferrari or this japanese flashy ... thing?
@@rayfighter The F40
I'd settle for this if I can't have a full blooded F40..
That literally looked surreal, just as Larry said, like a render.
Absolutely crazy!
I wasn’t sure how I felt about their F40 at first but you know what? Now I think I love it.
Its criminal.
I felt the SAME way!
If one were to do something as heretical as cutting up an F40, they'd better make it the collest thing in the universe. And I think they just about achieved that.

@Eclipse538 probably a fake kit because the real lbw kits are of high quality
Love the shot at 3:55 with the skylines just chilling in the back
Old girls need their beauty rest.
Such a perfect shot, the skylines, the reflections, the buildings, the trains running in the background , just.. *chef's kiss*
same
Outstanding car and photos. Watching an F40 drop on bags is surreal. I love it.
Thank you for having Dino on the pioneer. Appreciate having him drop a token from his knowledge of the culture.
And big Louis. Getting camera time. Super chill dude. Wassup Louis

That intro gave me chills! Amazing production quality as always 😍
Love the general aesthetic of this build, but the rear arches are terrible… The F40’s already got a pretty wide a$$.
4:00 - The stills as part of the video, I dig it!
That’s the video we all wanted to watch and never knew
Love the F40 just not the air suspension, they should used a real F40 LM suspension!
Well they had to differentiate themselves more than just the rear fenders and front canards
Nothing wrong with air.
MAAAAAN, the shot at 1:41 legit made it look like it's straight out of a movie / video-game !
Man with the rain and all this really does look straight out of a video game, you are right lol
Yup, this confirms that the next Forza must be in japan.
Guess it’s time for an LBWK McLaren F1!
Wow, this is something else. Awesome content, liberty walk knows how to make a statement and the shots are amazing
These series make me proud to have 2 cars with hagerty keep up the good work 🤘🏻
Man, I'm not much for traveling but I badly want to go to Tokyo now.
Dont ride the subway...
@@karenthomson9749 Why not?
Holy sh....those look gorgeous!! Where can I get the pictures to use them as a wallpaper??
This is perfect in so many way. Photographer, Production Quality, the car itself... 😌
Japan is a beautiful location it just adds to the automobile featured.

This is the ULTIMATE F40 bro...period 👌
That f40 looks unreal like it so beautiful I
Love the Ferrari badge with the white on the back
Jezus the quality on this channel is top TOP tier the culture thanks you
2:14 raytracing looks amazing!
As a child of the 80's, the F40 Liberty Walk looks very natural. More natural than the original back in the day.
The F-40 has been my dream car since I was 9 ..this thing is incredible
Great video. Love the work. But, honestly, as someone who shoots cars in Tokyo and all over Japan, I gotta say you really could have chosen somewhere more Tokyo than Italian Square in Shiodome. Sorry.
Real sick to see Larry over here at Hagerty. Cool to see your company really expanding and reaching out to the youth
My hat comes off to Liberty Walk for doing this to a F40, just a beautiful car brought up to date, Rj in Oz
Always know it is going to be so good when Hagerty uploads a new video. 😻👍 You guys are on top of the car video scene.
I'll admit that I'm one of those purists that thinks there's a point where it's been modded too much
But that F40 is still just as beautiful as the original
Looks good but I could never cut up a classic.. I also understand that it's the owners car and he can do whatever he likes..
Big up Dino! Respect from Aus!
people are amazing, imagine devaluing a 3 million dollar car just to be a 1 of 1.

that f40 turned out awesome, did not expect it can pop even more having aftermarket body kit! and in white gosh, i love it, i simply cannot stop looking it..😍
Exceptional video work!
Even though I will never visit Japan, I can appreciate the streets 👌
The Beauty Made me Cry.Every Angle is Beautiful!!
I love how the R34s in the background are just reduced to background cars when the F40 rolls by.
Thank you guys for your commitment and passion to the Cinematography
Industry ! The next car you should feature is the Datsun 510 (Forza Horizon widebody version) keep up the good work 👍
The R34s chilling in the background made me smile. But damn, that F40. What a car.
I love how it resembles the Japanese flag with a simple red circle
Danng! I like the Rx-7 but did not hear it running in case they did something different to the exhaust sound or if it had a 2 or 3 rotors engine
I really enjoy when to photo shoots are in the rain! Your work is fantabulous!
Love that F40! Looks so cool in white with the Rising Sun on the door.
I am definitely a big Ferrari fan and understand why some cars shouldn't be touched but this is just fantastic.
Nice work man! Keep it up!
There are things you can do, you should do, you shouldnt do and must not do.
Ruining an F40 with drilling and putting screws in its genuin bodywork is definatly a must not do...
the F40 pulling away from the police car, BEAUTIFUL shot! and the whole thing was amazing 👏 thank you for sharing.
friggin awesome! that (air?) suspension also 😍

👎🏿
Gorgeous car with amazing background. Looks like diorama on picture...video so clear. Thanks for sharing. Loved it
The F40 in best color best location and best wather 👌
Such a beautiful setup
The looks are great, but for me the annoying part is that they did it to show of rather then to make a badass race car, when I see bags on such a icon I get sick to my stomach.
OMG SO BEAUTIFUL!!! PERFECT PHOTOGRAPHY! Love this F40 & the Miura you guys did a while back . . .
Seeing the difference area for your photo shoot is so cool and the cars are even better
lol The car looked so unbelivably good in the thumbnail I thought I was clicking on an assetto corsa video for sure.
I've seen that F40 a few years ago. It looks great.
Very nice, not just informative, but lovely to look at as well! Thanx!
Loving the coverage and if i may suggest to add a link to their website on the company you are featuring so people can easily have access.
3:56 just two R34's casually chilling in the background 😍
That RX 7 also looks absolutly amazing
Great video, and very cool cars.
That blue light car was NOT the police it's a local safety patrol, they were not cops, sorry.
Again great content, great that Hagerty is stepping up and producing these videos.
Cheers from Tokyo!
This is one of the best cars Iv ever seen! 👌
That F40 looks amazing!
Sólo un genio loco podría hacer algo así. Enhorabuena 👏
Those wet street shoots are insane 😍😍😍
F40 still my dream car, the sound is so mesmerizing. BUT WITH LBWK?? GAH DAYUMM
multiple mint r34 gtrs in bayside blue, and not even mentioned, truly a different age
it was at this year's T.A.S. it was gorgeous 😍
If Ferrari ever needed to put out a cease and desist it should be for Liberty Walk.
So sad to see that car ruined.
Thanks for the great post!
This, and a black F40 roaming around, are my favs! Love it!
Wow this is amazing footage. You guys killed it 🤙
Amazing production quality
Larry is the king. Really looking forward to his videos on this channel.
Say what you will…. Blasphemy or whatever!… the f40 is gorgeous
wooooow the pictures are amazing !! i love the f40 with this livery !
The best on digital photography. One of my fave cars of all time, as well.
The rain looks GREAT! You've gotta go to WashDC and capture some cars in the rain...
Do you sell those pictures ? I wanna one of them in my room, they're juste so good !
Duuuuuuude in some of those snaps it looks like a die-cast model. That F40 is beautiful 🥲🤌
Wow, great photos!
Didn't understand why the police came and you have to drive the car away?
Greetings from Switzerland.
Gotta love a $191k Lambo wide body kit with dimpled panels where the fasteners were over-tightened. Also love the self tapping screws for the Ferrari panel 🤣.
Could anyone post the camera/lens combo that was used for this shooting ?
Thanks! I'm just a bit ignorant so I didn't know anything about this car other than it being a Ferrari and that it looked beautiful. Loved the context you gave and love your shots (Any chance you could share what equipment you use? Haha). Anyways, cheers mate, you got another subscriber.
Please, tell me we can get this pictures officially as wallpapers...
Larry I gotta say you're the most consummate Car culture cameraman that can catch a shot because that has to be the most beautiful wide body at 40 I have ever seen it's the only one but still that's the most beautiful find car Larry you did it again
Where can I find these HD photos? I need these for my background!!
Larry saying that a rainy scene looks too much like a 'render' is kinda like a backhanded compliment to modern computing power.
Classic LW livery on the kit, love it!
First comment.
The F40 is looks stunning. Even with liberty walk goodies.
Such a cool car at a great shooting location. Beautiful photos.
