As an 80's kid this and the Countach were the dream cars.
As the happy owner of a 991 GT3 4.0, I am a true porsche fan as much as you are. However, the F40 has always left me speechless. It obviously takes big ones to get the best out of it. Intimidating in every sense. Your sincere humility at the wheel of this iconic car is very appreciated.
this was and still is the most iconic ferrari ever imo. crazy power, no AC, no Radio , no powersteering, or power brakes.. nor any electronic driving aids. just man and machine.
I think we all dream about having a friend that lets us borrow his humble f40... living the dream luke!
Also a 90s kid, also had the F40 model car as a kid. Still remember being mind blown when my father showed me that the front wheels turned when you moved the little steering wheel with your finger.
The F40 is the most beautiful car ever created. It's not just a car, it's timeless art. It's 35 years old, yet it's gorgeous design still stands the test of time.
Never been on this channel, but instantly became a fan. You pay so much respect to this car! And the sound recording - dare I say it's better than something we get to experience in AAA-grade shows like TG/GT.
