Bht faida mand sabit hoti hen apki share krda videos. is information ko apny opr apply krti hun and ghar k baqi afrad ko bhi btati hun tu sunny ko milta he k TH-cam pr sachi information nhi hoti.       For consuming milk, 20-30 minutes before going to bed is considered as the best time to consume milk as per modern science as well as Ayurveda. You can trust me.

According to Ayurveda, it relaxes the mind and gives a good sleep, nourishes semen, and low down kapha Dosha, helps in smooth bowel movement at morning and many more benefits.
      And according to modern science, good sleep is also there .Beside this milk has such proteins that digests slowly and provide nourishment to body overnight.
      Apart from this,you can also add elaichi and saunf to digest it properly.
      Brother, on you tube there is 60-70 percent incomplete information i.e misleading. But if you want to gain more knowledge about health, you can watch Fit Tuber and Nityanandam Shree channel on TH-cam only. They both are the best and most trustable in health related information on TH-cam . It's a friendly advice!!!👍👍👍

      Hey Ankit, If a diet is not balanced it’s not right. Fruits are good but everything is healthy if it’s consumed in moderation. In my view it’s another fad diet. Just eat a balance diet that has all foods groups included in said amount.
