    Skip breakfast, skip evening snacks..
    दिन मे सिर्फ दो बार पेटभर कर भोजन करो जिसमें आप कुछ भी खा सकते हो, परंतु हर निवाले को चबा-चबा कर liquid बनाकर पेट मे जाने देना है..
    और atleast 16 hours fast करो..
    भोजन मे 35% protien
    35% healthy fat
    15% fiber
    15% carbs
    Diet के चक्कर और protien पावडर के चक्कर मे मत पड़ो इस्से सिर्फ पैसा और समय बर्बाद होगा..
