I remember reading long time ago that fruit should be eaten on an empty stomach because it digest very fast. If you eat it with food, the fruit will digest but instead of leaving your gut it will sit on top of the food and ferment. This in turn will ruin all the benefits of your food and of the fruit causing gas and bloating.

So much for putting berries in yogurt! So many people confused on what to eat with all the diets and food experts out there! I feel we have over analyzed nutrition! I think listening to nature is the safest way and I believe the Ayurvedic way is best although difficult for some! Thank you Dr Joshi!❤️🙏

Can u explain the reason , why fruits shouldn't be mixed with milk ?? Traditionally , most of the sweets - milk based have dry fruits n nuts in them, even there is a drink , where u put mango , banana , and milk have it in summer , also some dish in which rava +milk + mango is put.
Is it because of antinutrients present in vegetables n fruits ? Phytic acid , tannins can be removed if we peel them , roast , are soak them.
I think coconut water even if hav it winter doesn't make any difference, it's like water with nutritive value.( as long it's grown organically ).
In winters , have to maintain body temp , more calories are required to maintain bmr , so calorie dense foods preferred, like fats n protein
Where as in summer , there is constant sweating , evaporation, so water content rich foods are preferred.
Having fruits in between meals , in fasting sate, fruits which hav high glycemic index , won't it cause insulin spike ?? Like the banana , apples
Yeah it's 100% better having fruits rather then refined carbs as snacks .
Approximately, digestion process taked about 5- 6 hrs , so it's not possible to prevent mixing fruits with other foods .
I believe , 3 large / 2 large meals if possible one meal per day is better then eating all time , we have to reduce number insulin spikes per day , as insulin resistance has become great problem in today's life.
Plz correct me , regarding the nutrional aspect .
    Thank you , 😊

Firstly, let all grow their chemical free vegetable abd fruits at home ,then follow this because all fruits and vegetables are all dipped in chemical before it comes to market .Your talk is not at all suitable for chemically grown things .So which ever way one eat it's aa good as eating chemical Create awareness to grow own stuff for home needs .

Dry krne se vitamin C and flavonoids less ne hote kya ..bec it's impossible to find amla during Summers in North India at local market,,.. juice is available on Flipkart nd Amazon but it contains preservatives i think that is harmful bec once i read somewhere on internet that preservatives are more dangerous if it is mixed with vitamin C......one more question it's safe to use triphala for 2 to 3 years bec i wants to use it inorder the get antioxidant benefits just like normal fruit..
