Triston is a good chap indeed. I've very well acquainted with those little black paper parcels of joy. Macaloney's Kildara is an interesting one. It makes me think of the Tasmanian Transportation Irish-style whiskey line, which I haven't tried yet. And ta muchly, Pony and Scribe, for the discount code. Cheers!
Thanks mate. The Glendronach was so surprising because I typically love their whisky. Mind you, I do usually recommend going with an independent bottler if you want a whisky older than 18 years.
Really enjoy blind tastings! You should do more.
Thanks mate, you twisted my arm. We do have three more of the scratch and reveal bottles from Horny Pony.

There were some similar characteristics between the Transportation and the Macaloney's. Always happy to facilitate some good whisky purchases.
Thoroughly enjoyed watching you both work through these. Surprising result for the Glendronach 21, but look forward to seeing how the other three go!
