Anshul your book reduced my medication but i still experience fatigue and brain fog. My sleep patterns have gotten better and at least i dont need to nap during the day like before but i zone out 10 to 30 minutes at a time. It affects every area of my life as you know. In turn it affects my mental health because i am not able to enjoy life 90% of the time.
My request is. Please could you make videos that target those of us who don't have the means for expensive food or supplements, to get tips on that. On how to make do with the cheapest foods that are healthy but easy to find items for non Americans in a Lidl shop or something. How to manage work. How to improve focus. How to get quick snacks because you can only focus on one task at a time (work) and you don't want to break focus. How to combat the urge for dairy and gluten when socialising or as a cheat meal. I do feel better physically the more i step away from it, but i have done 0% gluten and dairy for a whole 3 months and i was miserable.
Basically more videos on coping from a mental health view point. And finally how to tell fatigue apart from ADHD, could you have both.
Looking forward to have these answered in future videos

Always find your videos extremely helpful. However they lack the recommended dosages. It would be very helpful if you'd either include in the videos or down below in comments how much we should be taking daily. Very important. Thank you.

I am really impressed by your video which is so full of knowledge. Only thing i would like to say is that supplements you suggested are all supplied in states or abroad . Can you please suggest something that can be bought in india as there are lot of people who would like to buy them for their health benefits.

Hi just read your message. I too faced same problem with elder daughter. So I feel I can answer your queries. These are few symptoms you might have gone through. 1 bleeding for more than 7 days. Elders might have said it’s being a normal for puberty. But check her haemoglobin %.
Treat immediately or else it may lead haemolytic anaemia and by 18 or 19 pcoc symptoms are seen. More fat start accumulating near hip and thigh. Putting on weight is common. I just struggled for 5 long yrs. at last started hormonal treatment.
That’s why I always recommend youngsters not to take coffee as it interferes with estrogen.
At last whatever May be the condition best remedy is seed cycling method in Ayurved. Calcium b12 vid d. Magnesium all these nutrients definitely help. High intake pulses and greens 🥬 leads gastric problem. So please see her food habits and balanced study stress. Or cortisol’s problem come and cause insulin tolerance. I think i informed you all which I saw and experienced with daughters. Both are anaemic. If you go and discuss with any physician or doctors they might get very angry and never been friendly any more to you. And they don’t inform what they know also. Because we know better to handle pcoc.
If these problems got not solved better go for prolactin treatment😞🙏
