Thank you for watching! What kind of video would you like to see next? And if you have any thoughts about this video, I’d love to hear them!

Great video. Being too selective, trying obsessively to eat "correctly" is a really easy trap to fall into, given the endless food fads that come and go. Around the 10:50 mark you cite a paper that refers to this behavior as "orthorexia nervosa", which I think is a very helpful term in this regard. There's a thin line between being conscientious and neurotic.

Do an elimination diet , reduce stress , add some magnesium and vitamin b1. Use a vitamin D lamp . Quitting stimulants can help too .

My son and I suffered with this due to mold toxicity. It’s been 6 months on a detox which has my brain fog almost non existent however my 13 year old is still struggling with it on and off. He had more dramatic digestive damage from the mold and tested positive for dysbiosis and bacterial overgrowth which a antibiotic helped a lot. We notice his diet is the one thing we haven’t kept consistent with him but I have consistent with me. When he visits family, he returns triggered back into brain fog and exhaustion. Diet induced Leaky gut and inactivity is triggering his heavy brain fog. Granted he is only dealing with 2 symptoms now compared to 25 before we knew about the mold. His limbic system is still activated when he eats highly processed food. What are your thoughts on BPC 157 peptide therapy? I’ve read good things in studies about it quickly healing a leaky gut.

What about dehydration? for me that is the most obvious one, especially after some drinks and coffee in the morning.

Flucanozole is useless... Try undecylenic acid, monolariun or caprilic acid with probiotics

@jan_po I want to back this up as well. I used to work at natural grocers so I just did their brand of b complex because I liked the forms in it. They do the methylated stuff. I also do a sublingual B-12 half methyl half adenosyl from KAL. It helps immensely with energy. I also do zinc and vitamin C and vitamin D, as well as calcium d glucarate which all also help me just kind of feel...better? Hard to describe. But yes the biggest thing for me was a full spectrum methylated b complex. Another thing that's helpful is pairing a magnesium powder with a D-ribose powder. The two help with energy including mental a LOT. I just put them in my morning smoothie. CoQ10/ubiqinol is another potential option for a few weeks but I haven't needed to be on it constantly.

Question. Please respond. I have been seriously condisering ordering a 3 week amount of the elemental powder. I figure it will cost around 1k dollars. I would probably do it in conjunction with antibiotics. If I did, could I also add grassfed whey and grassfed ghee to help fill my protein/caloric needs and get the same results for eliminating my SIBO? Would I also benefit from adding your probiotics during this?

Hello, yes you would also benefit from adding our probiotics. Our Elemental Heal has 28g of protein and whey in the product that helps ensure you get enough protein.

I have a history of ED. So I’m one of those people who can hyper focus on food. So I don’t do well with restrictions. It’s triggering for me. So I have to walk a very careful path with my diet. I tend to go to extremes and that’s just not good.

Working to heal relationships with food is definitely the first step in healing your body. I like to think of food less as eliminating things and more a focus on what you can add. Restriction isn't the goal. The goal is to find foods you love that fuel your body and find a balance that forms a new lifestyle.
