I had service B2 on my new 2016 cla 250, i didnt know what it was for but i could see the engine oil definitely needed to be changed , so i changed it and did exactly like u did in the video to reset it and it worked. Thank you
FYI: I had to hold my phone pickup button while holding the ok button for 5 seconds. It wasn't that clear to me at first. I kept pressing the pickup but then letting go and then pressing the ok button and it wouldn't work. Anyhow thanks. 👍🏼
Sorry about the late reply. Make sure the display is set to the odometer part. Turn ignition to the First position and press the Phone pickup button followed by "ok" button less than a second apart. Good luck.
@Anthony Sanchez, the check engine light is different from the service message. If you don't have a OBD scanner to read the fault code, you can go to Autozone and they can read it and reset it for you. Best of luck.
Please make sure to have the ignition on the first position (not the second with all instrument lights on) set the display to odometer portion. Hope this help. Best of luck

My 2015 counts down the days. Its dumb because I only drive two days a week. Only put 3500 miles since last year oil service.
Make sure you are also on your mileage screen. Will not work on any other
