It didn't work on my 2014 cla 250. I'm confused. I watched your video and nothing changed on your dashboard when you kept saying "press ok". It didn't indicate it was reset and the same message was on your dashboard

Its not a stupid video. It works for HIS model year. I have a 17 and it doesn't work for me.
Did you fix the issue?
U should press ok and call button at the same time in few second..and then choose full service reset..choose your gred oil and press ok…done
