Hi thx for the video. Was thinking of purchasing the rhino ramps also. If using the ramps the car is at an incline, when replacing the oil, will ALL of the oil drain out when at an incline?
You’re welcome and thanks for watching. The ramps are very useful and I don’t seem to have a problem with draining all the oil with the incline since the drain plug is on the end so the incline actually helps.
I know that the oil filter and the drain plug are not supposed to be over tighten but are there any torque value in the manual for the filter and oil drain plug installation?

Hi Louie it’s me again. I own a 2015 cla250. Yesterday while I’m driving auxiliary battery malfunction was flashing on my headboard. How long can I drive until I have it change?
I just changed mine. The Aux battery controls the system when the vehicle shuts off at a red light. It too 2 months for me to replace it myself due to work but I had no issues. It just wouldn’t auto start and stop which didn’t bother me because I turn that off anyway. I ordered the battery on Amazon for about $40 and changed it in about 10 minutes no issues after change
hello i have 2014 and on my bill from the dealer shows that they used 5w40 oil, you have ( ow40 ) did you know what's the difference? im trying to change it my self but now im confused tanks
I used the Mobil 1 OW 40 oil. The O rings or rubber gaskets came with the filter that I ordered fe Amazon. The part numbers are also in the video. Saved a lot doing it myself. And the satisfaction that I get knowing it was done by me :)
Mercedes idiotic complicated oil filter design. Why can't it be a contained filter like a Toyota, Ford, etc? I have my first MB GlA250 . Dreading when I have to pay for a $250 for an oil change or do it myself.

I use the oil pump so I do not need to go under the car. It has been working fine since I got the car. Torque to 25 NM on the oil filter.

I have the 2018 version of this car and they say 5.9 quarts. How come you put 6.0 quarts? is that not overfilling?
