@@Aaditya77792 You don't need mods to get to 5000, you can do it vanilla. Unless you mean weapon mods. But once you have upgraded your Legend level 1 handed weapon stats to the max there are plenty of weapons that you can upgrade to above 5K, especially if you do Harran Prison or Bozak for the gold weapons you can get from those. But even some weapons you can find at the shops have enough damage to get that high. Of course getting the legend levels is a grind but without them, even if someone else drops a weapon for you, its damage will be lower, so it can't be cheesed.
Weirdly enough, I find your voice incredibly relaxing. I've started to watch these videos to fall asleep to especially the permadeath series from a few years back. Should do dying light ASMR

I just wish Dying Light 2 followed in the footsteps of DL1 thematically. Visually, the environment of DL2 is friggin incredible, but the extremely gritty and desolate feeling of DL1 vastly outmatches DL2. In the night cycles it’s most apparent because for example; when it rains during a night cycle, the only natural light you get is the lightning strikes that flash the surrounding for a brief moment, only for it to go back to the overwhelming darkness. But more importantly, the threat of the zombies in DL1 is much greater, DL2 just doesn’t feel as isolated and desolate as DL1’s environment, despite DL2 taking place in a post-apocalyptic environment.
I knew I knew you from somewhere, I saw your speedrun in Noahjafk, the amount of time and dedication you had to have to hold that world record is incredible. Congratulations and I hope to continue seeing this series here.

I've been planning to play this on Switch - got it when it first came out to support such amazing work done on the console... but haven't played yet cuz I am terrified of zombies lowkey lol. But when I play this, I will be watching this vid at the same time. Thank you bro, this is seriously one of the first playthroughs I've watched where I have learned SO many tricks to help gameplay out a ton. There were so many tricks given to us all in one go and that is hands down AMAZING. Thanks bro! & also about DL2... I wish I had a newer console to play it because honestly it seems a LOT less horror/survival and more action-based with bits of horror added to some sections of game AKA easier for someone like me to play; hence why most player's assessment of DL1 vs. DL2 is pretty accurate. It's a good and bad thing I think, but the updated I hear they are releasing are going to bring back lots of elements from DL1 which sounds like a very good thing ie. roaming volatiles at night, more "oomph" to the weapon swings, guns, more ragdoll effects, increased gore, and more accurate parkour (due to unnecessarily extended animations).

I wish volatiles where more common like they where in dl1. I miss the horror this game gave off. I never liked horror games until I played dying light one night when it was released for free. N since then I found you and you playing through n speed running on the hardest difficulty helped me
Really nice video, I especially appreciated you saying you wouldn't use the bow or OP DLC blueprints to try and maintain intended game balance.. but when you crafted the Volatile Hunter Baton I have to say I was disappointed. 186 damage is broken for that point in the game (which you noticed pretty quickly when smacking biters) and far beyond what a normal modded weapon would reach. No worries though, I'll still watch the rest of this series.
Tbh I like nights better on DL2 because for me nights were too hard in DL1. So you can explore more at night in DL2. If they could add a nightmare mode with roaming Volatiles, For those who like DL1 nights better, That would be great.

I've been feeling a bit sad because I'm originally a PC player, but have had to play on switch due to tech limitations. I hope I can play DL1 on PC in the coming years!! The thing about Crane burning the antizin is that at the start of the game he's very far from the sharpest tool in the shed. Mf is blunter than a sponge, actually. He's very naive and doesn't have much foretought and survival sense in general. When he burned all the vials he probably wasn't thinking of the future at all, he probably figured oh, I'm gonna be out of this city in a day or two anyways and the GRE will solve everything. Over the course of the game he grows into much less of a dumbass but at the start he really was just a puppet for the GRE, acting without any independent tought.
I do think the virals in DL2 change but the rest of the zombies don't. I could be wrong about that. I honestly prefer DL1's gore system since DL2's just doesn't feel nearly as satisfying to do since you can't knock pieces of a zombie off with a blunt weapon like in the first game. It just helped immersion I suppose lol

Like it's so loveable in spite of its flaws, that those flaws then become their own loveable aspects - kind of like the evil dead films. I'm still enjoying DL2, and I'm well aware that nostalgia goggles are making my decisions here, but yeah 1 feels like watching a classic and 2 feels like supporting a franchise hoping they'll hit the notes us fans know they can
I think the arrows during the parkour course were there before. They're like lore wise intentional if it is a place to learn parkour. When I played this game first time, they were there for sure, and it was around 2018.

Great thing about this game, you could add even more to it and refine it say a remastered version with 2 dlcs, and a L4D2 coop experience, imagine that in the Slums, Old Town and The Following Maps. 😁
side mission are usually the best part of any game i love. hollow knight falloutnv dying light or dishonored. even in games with an amazing main quest i try to beat every single side quest. i get annoyed with games that have pointless boring or lame side quests like in the witcher3. its the reason i dont think ill ever play DL2. dying light 1 with its 40~quests kepts me hooked for 2 60 hour playthroughs meanwhile i had to give up on the witcher 3 after *70* wasted hours because no matter where i want and who i talked to all the quests felt mindless or annoying. fallout new vegas is the only game advertised for being long that has actually been worth my while. even with all the bugs and crashes i played 180 hours before i learned it can be modded to a more stable state.

I recently caved and bought Dying Light 2, and it's BAFFLING to me that literally everything is worse, except maybe graphics. Even then, I can't fiddle with the bloom settings in-game, and the bloom is SO fucking obnoxious. It also runs like shit on a rig that should have NO problem running it. I just.. I'm astounded at how bad it is. Super disappointing, because I love the first game, and The Following. :(
Unfortunately there's nothing you can do, and it's bugged on all consoles until Techland fixes it - but they won't since they've dropped support for this game.

Now players like lingard are earning 300k a week. Everything is too easy and players are getting too much money that they dont deserve cause lack of results.
I'm sorry aussie but I don't think you got bored of borderlands 2 there is so much endgame content and somany things to do I know people that have over 20 thousand hours in the game I my self between dying light and borderlands as a whole I think I have about 7 thousand hours from PC and conscle and I can say that borderlands is my favorite and dying light is right behind
But borderlands does lack somethings for me that I do find dying light does better for example the level system in borderlands is way more complex but the combat system in dying light is better bc you don't only have to use melee but guns as well and there is more technique to the playstyle of the game I find to be relaxing

OG DL is so much better than DL2. Atmosphere, tension, story, weather conditions. All adds up to good game. No copy paste BS.

Not the exact one, I know that Fear modded the intro version in for the Nightrunner mod.
