Ingredientes (vinha d'alhos)
1 quilo de Moelas de Frango
1/2 colher de chá de pimenta preta moída
1/2 colher de chá de pimenta branca moída
1/2 colher de chá de alho em pó
2 colheres de sopa de molho de pimenta
1 colher de sopa de pep-Erika
Sal para temperar o seu gosto
1 Cerveja (330ml)
Coloque as moelas com vinha d'alhos na geladeira por 3 a 4 horas ou até pode deixar de um dia para o outro se desejar)
* Reserve o Vinha D'alhos, pois vai precisar para fazer o molho
Óleo vegetal para fritar
Ingredientes do Molho
1/2 xícara de azeite
3 Colheres de Pasta de Tomate
1/2 xícara de vinho tinto
1 cebola grande bem picada
Sal para temperar (se necessário)
Vinha D'alhos de moelas
Adicione as moelas e deixe ferver e o molho engrossar por 10-12 minutos

I have never had molasses before. When I was very young, I remember my mother made it for her and my father because we (siblings) refused to eat it. However, I have obviously changed and I eat everything that I wouldn't touch when I was a child.
