I added abt 2tsp of chana dal and abt 10-12 skinless peanuts to the roasted and ground masala paste... varun bhai, it turned out to be one of the most delicious dishes i have tasted for a while!! Fantastic 🤌🏽..

I like to remove the white layer too. I blanch the Gizzards for 2 min in roll boiling water and the white layer peels away smoothly
