yo bro thanks for the insight on this cause a lot of people try and sugar coat how sending their car in for service is. Also what happens if you miss something when you take delivery and a couple days later you notice something is it still covered even if you didnt note it down when you first picked it up?
@@Kevin-xk9vi as far as I know and what I understood from the person I talked to at Tesla when I brought up my turn signal button problem is that… whatever happens after you take in delivery wouldn’t fall into factory problems since it could have happened on the road or it could have been something you messed up.
@@deniccol6140 I won’t count this one haha since it was just little things that it had wrong from the delivery day! That’s really good must mean the car is extremely reliable.
the turn signals dont get "stuck", those are no buttons, they have only haptic feedback its a common issue and again i have to say, the staff/service is very unprofessional... thank you for your videos, watched all of them from your delivery pickup :)
@@jmadrip The signal buttons getting jammed was debunked. It's actually an issue of resting your thumb on the buttons for 30 seconds or more. Doing so causes some kind of timeout where the buttons stop receiving input until you lay off the buttons for a few seconds. So don't rest your thumb on the buttons and you'll be ok.
my turn signal wouldn't work either they replaced the entire steering wheel and it still doesn't work... getting a model 3 performance soon hopefully it doesn't have the same problem.
Ppl were saying it was a software thing that if you kept your finger on it the haptic feedback would lock for a certain amount of time, there has been a few new updates since I made this video and I haven’t had this problem anymore!
The button doesn’t get stuck. If you rest you finger on it for some time it times out the button. That means you can’t use it for 20 seconds then resets and work. Watch your video back and you’ll see you’re resting your thumb on the button when driving. They’re not actual buttons they’re capacitive buttons. They’re nothing to get stuck. Hope that helps with your issue
Tesla - doesn't appreciate your complaints about sensors....its a Tesla - so deal with it. On a side note, Tesla is for the environment so the drink in the loaner is part of the conservation program

Those loaner cars are the cars they let you do a self test drive before purchase.

Im laughing that you thought you got a model 3 performance as a loaner when the app clearly shows it’s not 😂
