I don't know why Christian doesn't have a million subscribers already.. He provides the most concise fatloss, performance and muscle building information in bitesize morsels making it easy for the layperson to understand complex ideas..
On top of this.. Brutally honest..
    Bravo christian..

I love the mind muscle connection, feeling the muscles tensed and flaring, but I can only ever get that from maximum intensity while specifically visualizing each targeted group.

Im loving this channel. Genius, explains stuff so the layman understands. Im clearly a neuro lifter. I love lifting heavy, being explosive. I am high functioning autistic, and i feel so much more relaxed, confident and capable following a strongman program.

Being 50/50 Neuro/Muscle Dominant, I love lifting super heavy, super fast and going for crazy pumps. The more wild the workouts are, the betterrrrr

We need heavy, fast and muscular components in our training

This is such an interesting concept. I always wanted to try strength training and every week I have two heavy compound days within my muscle group split. But sometimes, I don’t even get to my back or arm or other isolation days because my heavy deadlift or squat session (when I say heavy, I mean Mac 120 lbs) KILLS me, sometimes even for a week! Many times on leg days I start w heavy compounds and just feel so lightheaded and fatigued I can’t get to my leg curls or split squats or such. But on my light, pump style days (normally focused on glutes and hams and sometimes calves) I feel so good and I feel really dialed into the muscle that is working. I have I think an effed up sympathetic/parasympathetic response due to early childhood events and I’ve noticed it affects me daily w just being more prone to stress, but I never thought it could affect the style of training I am geared towards. Also I love Hiit and plyometrics...not sure what that falls under. Very cool though!

Just wow 😮 Thank you I am introverted and overthinking of everything, I really overthink the movement pattern and doing it right rather than adding more weight
