    First you said two A's then later you say two B's but didn't mention any difference in dieting advice?.. My guess is that B's should consume a bit more carbohydrates due to nervousness and and A's should stick with fairly high fat and protein with moderate to low carbs due to dopamine receptor sensitivity, i got this right?

    This vid resonates with me so well cos I'm definitely 2A and thank God I got myself stage ready with keto.. After cheating for like 2 months I mostly gained intramuscular glycogen/triglyceride weight. Reason was I was able to fast here and there and I chugged protein shake after protein shake to prevent things going too bad. I also trained much higher volume and felt a bit better in the gym. Now I just have protein fat breakfast, protein carb post workout dinner and my choice of protein + carb or fat lunch

    I think unhealthy social isolation would be a fast way for type 2as to easily be unaccountable and its quickly downhill from there.

    You literally nailed me. To a tee. I reward myself with food. I use monkfruit in place of sugar and it still can throw me off. I'm better off to probably just stay away from it. But my question is do I ever reward myself then? I used to smoke. at 3pm I rewarded myself w/ one cigarette. I quit and replaced that with food. A cup of coffee w/ keto friendly creamer & 1 or 2 tiny squares of Lily SF chocolate. So what happens w/ that reward?

      Reward yourself with water, fruit or veggies 🤷🏽‍♂️ or just find an enjoyable way to silence your mind at that time so that you dont think about food or rewards. If you workout, let the results of how you look & feel be the reward 🙃
