I've had this exact problem with the forearm muscles around my right elbow for the last 3 or 4 months. It was caused by doing heavy dumbbell upright rows flipping into overhead presses. Thank you all for putting this video together. I'll try all of these movements and see if there is improvement. This video is gold.

Great content as always coach. Isometric load work for wrist, triceps, and patella tendons will be beneficial!

Not sure about results yet, but I’m optimistic. This is the most comprehensive video I’ve found on tendinitis due to boxing and I’m so happy I found it. Thx 🙏

A question, I have an annoying wrist pain on my left arm for over a month now. Does any of those exercises relate to wrist injuries as well?
I am basically unable to do push ups (I have to do them on fists or using bars). I've been using wrist wraps while doing any related exercises and while it helps, sometimes when I overloard it or do a more jerky movement I am where I was weeks ago. Thanks in advance.

i would personally work on strengthening your grip which should transfer over to your wrist , what's worked for me have been farmers walks so id recommend giving em a shot. i have a wrist that's been sore for years and after doing farmers walks for the past few months it feels 10x better and the pain is pretty much gone.

@@RogueHero I was rather thinking my wrists were overtrained because I've been playing drums, boxing and lifting for some years now. I don't really feel muscle weakness it is just my tendons on little finger side are painful during some stretches, especially when I compress it on the spot. I had something similar before on both arms but it usually went away after a month, this has been bothering me since February this year. But I will give it a shot.

I have elbow pain from my benches to the point where I can't do things like skull crushers or frequent press movements. Is the weakness in my forearm and grip and how long does it take for tendon strength catch up to the point where it doesn't hinder you anymore?

Depends on the severity and your ability to recover usually 30-90 days generally

don't forget to fix the cause, lack of thoracic spine, scapula, hip and even ankle mobility. remember it's an over use injury, what's not working to over load it...
