I used Mjolnir, a random legendary sickle, Lightning Fury (level 3), and a lot of runes (leaning lightning/elemental). I opened with Lightning Fury, dodged, and hit her a couple times. When I saw my damage output, I hit her with Lightning Fury again, followed by melee. The fight was over in a minute or two. I don't even remember seeing Fenrir in the fight at all.
She's becoming invulnerable to lightning halfway through, I cannot understand
I relied too heavily on rune attacks, so i just dodged and attacked, then moved back. The incendiary bomb does alot of damage but you gotta aim right and time it perfectly to put it on her.

I think my game glitched because in the first phase, I got her to 5% health and then refused to take any more damage, no matter how much I wailed on her.
Sry to hear that, also, you noticed she enters sometime into a phase in which shes immune to damage, if that wasn t the case it means it was a bug..

The real question is, how MANY times do I have to beat her? I’ve already done it 5 times…
I’m thinking the game was build to be replayable, but there is a secret trophy and I’m trying to figure out how to get it...it might have to do with playing over and over

Wow this ended up being super easy I didn't need this video in the end. I barely lost any health whatsoever. It was over quick. I used: the blue legendary sword. The dwarf armor upgraded twice and the lightning axe ability. I was so worried I would die as I really struggled with the dragon and I didn't want to fight him again.

i use draupnir, heavy sheild, and dwarven armor
I went with the Mythical hunter bow Veithbogi- mythical bearded axe Ox Draguers - and lightning fury ability level 3 max. It was actually easy to take care of the hound with the abilities and the bow for the long shots in the first part. Second part of the fight i used mostly the evade and dash rune where times slows down and got behind Hel for some easy melee shots. I thought the dragon from level 3 was much harder. And also the level 4 grunts / ennemies before reaching Hel actually killed me on 2 try before. In the 3rd try i got it but damn they were annoying more than Hel boss herself lol
also how did you get 400 HP ?????
i got max 285 and was at 250 when i reached Hel and beat her
I played it a while ago so don t remember exactly everything,
I had the dwarven defender armor and all the skill tree upgrades

So I have like 435 HP. You have to get the health upgrades and the rune called Runic Vigor. It increases your max health for every rune in your inventory. Both come in handy
was actually so much easier than the dragon. I came to the vid because it was my fifth run but I beat her in like 2 minutes. I found the flail is really good as it's fast and staggers her. Never used an ability once, just combo roll combo repeat.

hello, I haven t played in a while, I remember the merchant had a |something| that allowed you to choose which weapon you want to keep for the next round
For your skill tree to be that loaded you must have died loads of times
I remember I played it many times, I was even trying to beat a good score of completing a full run in under 30mins and I remember completing it

I finally beat nidgogg only to realize going to helheim was even worse. NPCs are way more harder to kill and they take so much health when you get hit. I had everything maxed out. No Elks, no rations. Just total BS. I get killed and end up at the camp realizing i got to do it all over again. And for what a effing suit of armor? Really. Hours have been for nothing. Why tf would AC make such a stressful dlc that does not go along with traditional gameplay. I like a challenge but this is a marathon of repetitive.

Try and fight everything possible before reaching the last area, do upgrades and find a weapon you are good with…
I have the same problem , died to her twice bc my health was around 100 hp due to the guards.... i guess maxing the skilltree so you get slowmo when dogging is coming very handy
another thing i just saw is that you can regenerate health with successful hits on enemys using the dwarfs defender armor
Headshot everyone stealthily from a distance! Of course you can't do it on all encounters (the ones with the sword), but on most of them.
I've beat her three times and all three runs I've never come across brush with death 😔

K what I don’t get is after getting hel to half and she does the branch animation or whatever she just straight up blocks like everything I do.
Lighting axe throws, gets instant blocked by branch . 90% of arrows instant block. All I can do is try to get close and get a hit or two before trying to retreat .

I found the dragon significantly easier overall this just seems like some bs mechanics
SCREW THIS SHITE!!!! I beat Eldin Ring, and this DLC makes that game look like childs play! Most difficult, over the top frustrating, unbalanced and unfair thing I ever tried. I just walked off and went back to the base game after 50+ hrs of getting nowhere. Accept closer to a stress related heart attack. Devs shoot get an ass beating for making something like this. Gives impossible a new meaning!
You work your arse off and for what? To start all over with nothing. I have every setting in the options set to as easy as I can get it, and I get annihilated immediately in this DLC. I wish there was a god mode cheat. This DLC is made for game pros who win 1st prize at world events. People who have skills that borderline on supernatural. That's just not me.
It wasn’t that bad😅 took me 5 playthroughs to finish it and beat Hel. You just have to know how to play strategically and learn which favors to use each time. It’s like any other game, just involves more skill since you can’t heal with rations and such. It’s not the type of thing you’re supposed to play through one time. Elden Ring and that type of stuff, no thanks 😂 way too hard

it looks trash tbh I only like Assassins creed games where you can either be male or female and where you can date clan members and strangers. Odyssey and Valhalla are my favourite AC games because they have very good storyline’s and collectibles that you can find over time! I will probably get it tho it just depends on the storyline
