hi again, a lot of these digestive remedies for acidifying GI tract to ease severe sibo-related constipation are very high histamine (citrus extracts, ascobric acid, apple cider vinegar, celery juice is high-FODMAP). i'm not sure if mastic gum on its own will do the trick. berberine causes me severe distention (in the context of wiping out bad bacteria to improve digestion) and oregano oil makes me very uncomfortably gassy. as i wrote under your other comment that got deleted, i tried a mere 2 Betaine HCL capsules (emptying the capsules inside food) and got really gastritis-ish/unhealthy belching. i'm like totally stuck (and as you mentioned in the magnesium vid, using more just made things very unhealthy and indicates anabolic probably isn't the issue). can you please suggest some remedies that aren't high histamine (i used a magnesium supplement with some citrus peel and either that or the added B6 sent my histamine levels soaring; i hope it wasn't the taurine in there because that was next in my ammunition as I'm running out of options and read that taurine can move the stubborn up-over-the-rainbow part of the colon correctly). many thanks in advance

I have ordered beet flow to do a flush to help with that aspect.
    I have some d-limonene.

In terms of timing…I eat OMAD early in the morning. My instincts would be to use the mastic gum and d-limonene in the evening before bed, which would be about 8 hours post meal. Can mastic gum and d-limonene or celery juice be taken concurrently? Would this make sense? Also, with timing the beet flow flush…would that be best to do in the hours before my OMAD, or several hours after?
