    Those lunges at the end were so hard after that routine! But I love how it's only 36 mins and there's a warm up and cool down too. Awesome outfit as well, Kelli!

    Fitness Blender has been the best source for my training for tough mudder on strength and endurance. I applaud your many videos and truth be told I like to see when they are obviously tired and not some over powered duo that never seems to feel it. LOL Good job guys.

    I was so excited to see that this posted this morning! The workout I had planned was not very difficult so I tagged this on after for a nice total body day. Can I just say how adorable Kelli is? That she still gets nervous filming, and has her slip ups with counting reps or what have you. I love it - it makes me not feel so stupid when I lose count or make a mistake. We are all human, even stunning Kelli and awesome Daniel :) Keep doing what you do, I completely appreciate it!!!

    I was very lazy and tired this morning, but I did this workout and now I feel absolutely amazing!
    This could be by far my most favorite fitnessblender video of all time! everything about it is so good
    starting with Kelly's gorgeous outfit! I love the colors so refreshing, I love the strength+ pilates mix, so intense and slow paced, allows you to spend a few good seconds in each repetition which burns harder! as always I love the calorie count and showing the (next workout)

    Finally new FB video has come! I've missed u so hard, guys. This is going to be my tomorrow routine 'cause I already did a killer FB HIIT workout for lower body. But I'm looking forward to do this, it looks awesome, love the combo with pilates exercices... They burn so good!Thank you for all your work and your effort, guys.     So glad you're back! I added this workout to day 48 of your 8-week program because I just had to try it and I must say my thighs are sore today. I love it! Thanks Kelli! Btw adding pilates between strength moves - great idea! Made the whole thing go by faster! :D

    Seriously, no gym is needed to get fit! All you need is your body, and some FitnessBlender ❤️. It’s 8:33 pm and I just finished my workout. I hope I can make a habit of doing these type of strengthening workouts at least 4 times a day. It’s exactly what I need to start shaping my body after I’ve lost 17 lbs. I’m ready for some muscle 💪💪💪💪💪

    I didn't get a chance to work out until really late and this was perfect because it was quiet! It was relatively slow paced with no jumping or intervals but still really difficult. I'm so glad I did this one!

    One of my favorites! Pilates was my first love and strength training is my newfound favorite, so this couldn't of been better.
    I did pause after the kneeling leg raises to pulse for 40 count, I'm surprised Kelli didn't! She's the pulse queen. Would love more like this. Videos around the 40/50 minute mark are my favorite because I can add whatever 10 minute videos before/after I want to keep it interesting and my body guessing for a full hour(ish) workout.
