Just wondering at 25:30 when you did the squats and jacks combo the second time, you had your arms coming forward instead of going back (like the original move), did you change it up intentionally or did you mean for the arms to go back? No biggie but I was just curious. I loved this workout and the abs and stretch at the end were just wonderful!

This was a great exercise especially with weights and it's a good interval between yoga & pilates that I follow. I laughed at myself when I can't follow the steps.. Haha.. Need to work on those coordinations.. 😁😁 Have a great week ahead..
WOW! Loved the froggy for the abs! My spinal stenosis L4/L5 Right from glutes to tiny toe did not react as usual in the hamstring!!!!! Was really able to engage the core without adjustments! Interesting!!!! Thank you!

I didn't have the full time, so I did the cardio moves just once, the weights twice... still a thorough workout! I enjoyed doing the stretching on the floor. Isn't it cool that a video you made 3 years ago is still so useful today? (Anne)

Oh, this is an oldie but a a goodie Tracy! Try my new barre routine I posted today, I think you will like it! I admit I'm not a good breakfast eater. Sometimes is avocado toast with an egg on it. Other times, oatmeal, sometimes the remains of whatever I packing in my kids lunch :0
