I Believe that Moderation is the KEY 🔑
I have seen people from my state binge drink milk and then have issues with their overall health including mental health. Some people react to milk differently, but we have to keep in mind that milk alone is not whole food,we need to absorb that milk which won't happen as we are not farm animals it will happen only through intake of vitamin D which most Indians lack despite having sun over our heads most of the time. So saying that milk shouldn't be consumed infact we need to guide them if they really wish to do so they need to do it in certain way.
True. we have been made to believe to include milk in our diets without knowing the actual facts. Have started realizing it lately, and reducing dairy from diet as much as possible
