The rock stacking is a memorial thing in many cultures.
I know its common in Indo European culture, cant speak for any others though but im pretty sure a lot of Asiatic cultures use it too.

Always the question of the odds Bill meeting Frank. Really it is exactly the same odds like for any other couple. Same odds as they were for you two to meet each other ;) .
Bill was on the street to draw the gunfire away from the house and Frank, Frank’s safety always came first.
It is *pretty* true to the game really, mostly minor changes, extra characters, etc :)
The fungus communication is different (like you pointed out), and in the game fungus spores were a concern.
Episode 3 was a full backstory we didn't have in the game, you never knew all that much about Bill and Frank's relationship (but they were together, you learn a bit about Frank through notes and logs etc). Won't go too much into the differences just in case you want to play it some time, or if other viewers do!
I'm a massive fan of the games and wasn't even really planning to watch this, but I am so glad I did. Probably the best game adaptation I've seen, and really does it justice.
Far more true to the games than I was expecting, and I really enjoyed the things they added and elaborated on!

@@mikewatchesstuff Needs to be a sister show where it goes into more depth of the time between 2003-2023 eg other survivors... even just finding a University and say 30 survivors slowly clear out & seal up any wall breaches to do so they need to travel, trade, help, rescue etc... thus the Uni becomes a town...
eg, on the travels they find a bus and get it moving again using home made tires(rope wrapped around the rims) pulled by horses back to Uni Town there they get the motor running and start heating up The dorms but along the way they encounter infected, human enemies, other survivors etc....
@@mikewatchesstuff The 20 year old food & preservatives would be a boost to a limited immune system that`s been living on basic foods for ? years also you would be used to it aka having food poisoning over the decades you`d grow an immunity to it...

As a massive tlou fan.. bills episode here has to be the best episode of tv ever.. this is not about queer relationships..its about love and am so glad the show actually did bill n frank justice...
