I wish you were still doing your videos! I am still doing them. I loved your gentle voice, the combination of palettes/ballet/yoga in a unique and awesome combination. Not many match your grace and instruction or the combination you give. I hope you reconsider starting them again
Whew! Just finished your swan arms workout, very effective my arms are hurting but in a good way! I'm going to implement this with my other workouts 5 to 6 days a week! Thank you for such short but yet effective workout!

Hi Tine! I love all your exercises and the way you explain them. Have already started exercising by watching your video. One thing wanted to know, is it really important to do weight training to get a toned body? Will your exercises help me to lose weight, get toned along with strength and stamina?
