Today I am going to be sharing with you a tutorial on how to use your arms so they look beautiful soft and elegant with my TOP TIPS! This is a little taster of what you can learn in my
NEW BEAUTIFUL ARMS COURSE on www.balletwithisabella.com where I will share many exercises to open up your upper back, the correct muscles to use and how exactly to execute beautiful ports de bras.
Arms can look so stiff or so light and ethereal. I learned a lot whilst I studied at the Vaganova and here are some of the things I learned.

It makes such a difference when you move from the back instead of the arms! They go from feeling stiff and heavy to weighing nothing and having complete freedom of movement! Thank you, Isabella, great tips! xx

I'm currently working on my arms. It's hard to keep them in mind at barre when they're just parked in second. At least I no longer get droopy elbows since I realised that, in fifth, your arms are turned out the same way your legs are, and you j sg have to hold on to that feeling when you move tem down.
My biggest problem are my hands. I have short, stubby little fingers and my right hand just wants to look like a mole's, shoveling the air, especially when things get hard at barre. Nice hands during fondue with rélevé? Nah.
