Do you have a link or recommendation on the adhesive you used? Also I have a 2012 with xenon headlights. Some of the lens claim to be only for pre LCI? Any idea if they’re all the same. Really appreciate the video!
I typically use this :www.theretrofitsource.com/morimoto-retrorubber-butyl-glue-A-BUTYL?quantity=1 You can use others but I've had success with that. On your question about pre lci and lci lense, I'm not really sure. Does www.realoem.com show a part number for both?
@@BMWBoyeeM3 it doesn’t, as far as I can tell. Just wanted to make sure. The bavgruppe one says it fits but it’s significantly more expensive than the lens you suggested
Hey, trying to replace my back housing because the bulb for the angel light melted the plastic? Is it posible to take all components and move them to a new housing?
Dislike because what you claim is NOT possible with permaseal. Obviously your headlights are sealed with Butyl sealant. Permaseal doesn't soften/weaken when adding heat. It is the same material that they use to seal windscreens.
I would really appreciate if you did not dislike. There are permaseal for sure! I could only wish they were butyl! I definitely know the difference as I have been retrofitting for 10 years.

Sure. As long as you get a similar housing, it will just be a plug and play.
Do you have a link to where you purchased the clear lens?
sure thing: www.ebay.com/itm/144946609764
what projector did you use?
I used a G5-R projector with blue lens.
@@BMWBoyeeM3 how did the new projector fit in there? Or was it just a lens swap?
