Interesting you had no problem taking the factory Idle screw and putting it into the Nibbi. Mike Festiva had a whole host of throttle issues when he did that, because it caused the slide to bur and hung up the whole throttle system. Maybe that's just a difference in the Titan carb vs Templar carb since his was a Templar. Great vid.
I admit I didn’t watch your video but having recently installed a Nibbi on a brand new Templar X pro I would recommend putting your fuel line on your carburetor securing it with good American made hose clamps don’t use those cheap Aluminum ones that strip out before you mount your carburetor the space is so freaking tight you will save yourself at least a half an hour and Many expletives! Good luck they are great carburetors. Don’t overlook the Nibbi ignition for $20 and iridium spark plug you’ll never have to change your spark plug ever again!
@@plumbherhub1664 so I just got back from court today and it’s been pushed back again till July 2nd and he’ll be paying me back or going to prison. I got a much better motorcycle this month. The “TrailMaster 38EX EFI 300cc” now have 300 miles on it. Thank you for responding
Does the Nibbi carburetor have a choke? The diagram that I’ve read it calls it the starter system and it doesn’t stay on when pulled. I don’t have any experience with these carburetters but I want to put one on my Xpro. Do these carburetters basically take away the need to use choke?
Yes the nibbi carb comes with a choke that you pull up on the side of the carb. I pulled the plunger out and ran it with my factory hot start on my titan
It’s not small. It’s the camera angle making it look like that. Seat height of right at 35 inches. It sets taller than a ttr 225 and the same height of a drz 250
@@drewsss49 Not an expert, but I would imagine it would help the whole system breathe better. Race bikes use them, since they don't go through need deep water in races, but like brock said, trails can have high water.
I just bought the dlx model. Im having issues getting it started out the box. I bought hoping it will help. Very helpful video

Man do you know of any skid plates and luggage racks that fit the titan 250. Id like to make mine into a little duel sport without making it look dumb

Sucks.. I was working this past Sunday and and during my shift some scumbags stole my motorcycle.. so this hurts to see in my recommended
Hate to hear that!!! Hopefully you find who did it.
@@brockhunter2021 me too.. it’s been killing me.. so now I’m getting a new one next month. Thank you for responding btw. It’s only up from here
@@brockhunter2021 ps always chain up you motorcycle and put a tracker or two in that thing. I learned the hard way. So much for living in a good area.
Sorry man that's heart breaking

Can we get a link to the carb & the boot for the carb
Great video!! Are the forks fully adjustable?
No they have air release but no rebound adjustment
Is there a difference in performance since the carb change?
It’s more responsive and does have alittle more power. Definitely worth the upgrade
Good to know. I recently got one and would like to make as much power possible on a budget. Thanks
What did u take the plug out with

@@brockhunter2021 Thank you!
What jet size did you used and what needle hole did you use ?
I kept the factory size it came with out of the box and it runs well
Why does it look small to be a 250

why not take out the box and get a cool air intake
Bc I don’t want to risk getting dirt and water up in there with a pod filter. I ride alot of trails
@@brockhunter2021 👍
What would that do?
