Do you put apple cider vinegar in the greens as there cooking?? And I would've sautéed the onion with the garlic in the bacon drippings!! Those came out great looking
Hey! Yes I did and I forgot to film it but now I put it at the end, it’s definitely a different taste. I was told by an old soul that you put the vinegar in at the last 10-15 minutes of the cooking process. Definitely love those ideas, might do it that way this year. Happy Holidays!

Also your recipe is the the 1st I've seen where someone added sugar!! Never seen that before. I've got my reserved bacon grease in the fridge for my Collards on Thursday. From start to finish how long show I simmer my greens??
