FYI : Be careful with the Kaizen pasta! We liked the taste, but it caused diarrhea for both my husband and I. Tried it a second time and had the same effect. 😢
Annie thanks for all you do! I love your recipes andvideos. Especially your wit and humor
Great looking recipes! I am going to look into those storage containers. We travel full time, and we don't have a microwave- BUT we have an oven! Those would be so easy to warm up in the oven and not have to dirty a stove top pan to heat up food. Hmmmm. Nice! Michelle
Hello from NW Arkansas. I love my Northern Inuit. He’s been the best dog I have ever had. So loyal and a fantastic guard dog. Thank you for all you do for us, Pinball!
Almond butter and fish sauce and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.. The best quick sauce I've had for dipping wraps!
LOVED all the items you found on thrive that I have never seen in stores so THANKS for taking the time!! All of these recipes look amazing! Big thanks again :)
Trader Joe's has a Jicama wrapper that would work too. They arent super big but are big enough. i use them as taco shells and they are delicious. They are in the TJ produce dept. I am going to try making a spring roll out of them.
Gratz on 600k Annie🎉
Thank you! I didn’t realize I hit it yet 😆
@@KetoFocus 😁
Thank you! I’m having a slump lately on home cooked keto meal ideas and I’m always on the search for quick/easy meal prep. By the way, in English that spice anise is pronounced sort like the name Janice without the J. Emphasis on the 1st syllable “ANN-iss”. I always hesitate before pronouncing it too. :-)
*These meals look delicious and satisfying, and I can't wait to try them out for myself. Keep up the great work!*
Thank you for showing how Thrive works! I've been wanting to try.
Thanks for the carrot wrap idea, I have never seen those. The enchilada recipe looks more like fajitas, that's how I make mine.
Oh man, you had me at spring rolls. I've really missed the rice wrappers. Going to get the carrot wraps for sure.
These are great recipes! Thanks Annie!
You’re welcome ❤️
Oh boy! I am so going to try the spring rolls. I think I'll use sesame butter instead of almond though.
LOVE easy quick meals. Thank you for sharing😊
You’re welcome ❤️
@@KetoFocus Processed food is still processed food. If you arent making low carb from scratch, you are still eating crap.
I never heard of carrot wraps! 😎 cool!
I never knew there was lupini bean pasta! Double 😎 cool!
Hi Annie why not throw all ingredients in a bowl then put in wrap be a little easier as well what do you think would this work me always looking for easy as well😊
That’s brilliant! I’m always trying to do things the hard way 😂
@@KetoFocus not at all we're here to help as well in the lazy sceam of things to make life more pleasant at times when we feel we're not winning you know what l mean ☺️👍
Agree was a long ad for Thrive Market ……….. especially when it’s not available in Australia 🇦🇺😳😂
LOVE YOUR HAIR!
You look so young!
Where did you get your shirt love it
I literally have $120 credit in my Thrive, way overdue to use so will do now w some of your recommended! Do u have a link to your fav Thrive items?
Glugs, Dodgy, and Anus Seeds, Hee! 😂 I love the word choices!
❤Your videos... and you look great. Could you possibly do a video on your workout? Thanks
You could fry those chicken skins separately too😋
This episode was really funny.
Do the wraps taste like you are biting into a candle
I love spring rolls, but those carrot wraps have 5g of carbs each before you even put any filling in them. I suppose for an occasional treat they'd be okay. Also anise, is named after you! Ann-iss. Not a-niece. However, that Kaizen pasta is my go-to! I have an entire shelf in my pantry with nothing but that pasta and their "rice" on it! The only problem I've had is it tends to boil over WAY easier than regular pasta. I also cook it for much less time than the package calls for.
Try a seaweed wrap instead
I live in Canada. No Thrive Market for me.
Hi Annie - I have a very random question. In this video where you are making the carrot wraps, what is the name of that tune and the sound/audio subscription you use? I have been looking for this tune and where to find it for a couple of years and when i heard it on your video I freaked out a little, lol!! Thanks for the great content, of course!
I have a subscription to Epidemic Sound. The song is called Beach Memories by Sun Wave.
@@KetoFocus omg thanks so much!!!!
Lupin pasta is really expensive. Is there an alternative??
looks yummy - I looked up the carrot wraps and I am seeing 5 carbs and 0 fiber. How are you getting 3 net carbs? am I missing something?
All carrots have fiber so I’m sure it has fiber
If you lay out a damp paper towel under your cutting board, it won’t scoot around so much.
hat is an oldie 😎✌🖖👍👌🤓
I wish I could find those carrots wraps.
Amazon has them too!
@@KetoFocus ty, something that I love, shrimp veg rolls
The whole spring rolls thing I'd have to tweak since raw veggies are a trigger food for me. Maybe if I put a egg wash and air fried to make egg rolls I could do it. Most of this though should be mostly a non issue for me. I can't find lupin flour pasta thats snap elidgble though so thats another tweak I'd have to make.
Sign up for Thrive Market, bc they have these products as SNAP eligible & they're cheaper than anywhere else; plus, if you're low-income, they offer grants/scholarships (I guess you could call it) for their memberships. You just go to their page, fill out the application for grant/whatever & tell them your story & why you need/deserve a grant for a membership... they'll email you back within a few days & let you know. But they're a very giving company that strives on giving back. Plus, shipping seems free, like on Amazon Prime & Walmart on orders over a certain minimum, which makes sense...
I just checked & that lupin paste is only 7.99 on Thrive, which is like half price compared to both Walmart & Amazon for an 8oz box... just saying!
I'm sorry if this is too nosey, but how do raw veggies trigger you? I've heard of a variety of trigger foods and I've never heard of them as one
@@user-xu1wi3sh5g ive got Ibsd. Basically ibs with spray paint pops that are forceful and can cause brown pants coupled with gas and bloating that ranges from uncomfortable to downright painful having me curl up in fetal position. Raw veggies, caffeine, and unfermented leafy greens or cruciferous veggies all cause a flare up that lasts anywhere from 7-14 days. Even a small amount of lettuce in a wrap is enough or 8 oz of coffee, white, black, or green tea. And forget my fave dp, cola, Mr pibb, etc caffeinated soda even if its sugar free. Big nope. And no you are not nosey, just inquisitive since its something most doing keto who don't deal with it wouldn't have to worry about. Plus the trigger foods for me include a lot of ketogenic diet staples that everyone or most including myself love to have. I miss my salads and carrot sticks. I miss simply doing fried cabbage or adding kale to a noodless spaghetti. I miss broccoli topped with melted cheese or brussel sprouts. I miss my orange spice tea, chia, vanilla chia, and keto coffee. I miss my caffeinated sodas. But it is what it is so I've adapted. I often have to tweak recipes like the spring roll one that use raw veggies or veggies I can only eat if fermented so I can have them.
@missyleonis WoW... what an absolute bummer! I totally sympathize with you, as I found I'm allergic to Insulin, so I must keep to under 4g of carbs per meal or my Blood Sugars just skyrocket even on 4 meds. But I've finally got my A1c down to 6.5 after having DKA when we learned what was going on last June, so I'm pretty stoked at my progress... it's hard work & very limiting, but rewarding to be getting healthier.
I do miss tons of foods, but there's so many channels out there developing recipes that are either Keto or Carnivore to fit my diet needs, which makes me extremely happy... yeah many are outta my reach budget wise, but I often just modify recipes to make them cheaper~ LOL!
I buy cheap chicken breast (1.99/#) grind in blender, add spices to taste, roll between parchment paper till see through, plop onto cookie sheet, & bake low/slow till crispy to make chicken chips. They're so good. You can look them up here on TH-cam for exact recipes if interested. I've made Basil garlic, Chilli, Salt & Pepper, etc... the possibilities are endless for flavor profiles. I even found one Carnivore channel use these as Nacho chips & layer them up with melted cheese, toppings, etc 😋 talk about yummy
@@leahrowe847 yeah, I actually tried carnivore for a bit. The gas and boat was way better but not the watery forceful shitting. I do better with some level of fiber in my diet. Though the types are kinda what I need to manage. Most with my issues react poorly to dairy but I don't. And in fact cheese is one of the foods that helps the most. I'm actually trying today a variation of keto twins chaffel recipe today using whole egg, and pecan flour. At brunch I did it with a bit of cinnamon mixed in for glucose control since my hashimotod causes reactive hypoglycemia. Did some chia pudding and a burger patty made from food pantry ground pork along side that. Supper is gonna be apple slices with pb, more chaffels, ground pork patty, and some boneless skinless chicken breast mixed with canned tuna and pickles to make a kinda chicken salad. The chaffels I added a bit of curry powder to to change things up. Raw fruit is a non issue but raw veggies are the bane of my digestion. Apples and pb are kinda a nice dessert I've been craving recently.
Ouffff…. GemWraps Carrot Sandwich Wraps 6-Sheets package are $38.00 on Amazon for us Canadians. It makes for a very expensive sandwich. I guess I will continue to use Nori wraps.
I found them on Amazon for less than $8 for 6 on Amazon
I tried the Kaizen pasta and it DOES NOT taste just like pasta. It’s almost as bad as all the rest.
Can't afford Thrive Mkt.
Ann-Ise lol
Can’t buy these carrot wraps…and I don’t like to buy online…
🎉❤Vidio anda ❤ sangat bagus
Is this just a long Thrive ad??
Big long ad for thrive, disappointing, thumbs down😢
Agree. I don’t do subscriptions. Keep good food and prices and I will come back. Most make it impossible to quit!!

I don't think it was long. She was demonstrating how to navigate the website, what she buys and what she makes with it. Every creator does that?
Agreed. Hope she’s being well paid.
Thrive is a con.
Yes!!!
Disagree. I don’t shop there exclusively but I find prices on certain staples to be better than Amazon or my local grocery store. They always ship quickly and don’t use plastic in their shipping materials.
I disagree, a lot of the products are !was expensive than Amazon or local store for organic or low carb foods.
Nice add.🤷🏻♀️
I'm sorry, but you are losing me due to all of the promotions. I understand the reason for them. I like your recipes just not this format. Thank you.
I’m Australian so I’m not able to access these products, so I’m sorry, but I’m really not interested in this video. 🤨
