I don't get why all MPVs dont have sliding door here in the Philippines? With our crazy traffic and narrow roads and parking spaces they are the perfect choice.
Is the ride quality any better than the staria? cause I know from your reviews youve criticized the staria for having a somewhat unpleasant ride quality as compared to a grandia. Hope hyundai got it right on this one and also improved on the “24 staria as well
As a staria owner. The ride is stiff because of the required 40+psi on tires. It is needed coz the tires are thin and it has to account for the weight of passengers and cargo..
That or the mid spec. Dealers do this to show off on the car and fool people to buy it but since hindi afford yung top of the line, would opt for the base or mid spec variants na marami kinuha, a lot of times very severely ( *cough* Toyota *cough* )
Most of the time, top of the line units are provided to the reviewers. This is the way that the brand display what the capabilities or tech they put to the product. Yep, it's true that most of us can only afford the base or the mid tier variant of the car. To be fair with the review channels, they do sometime adds a review for the mid tier variants as well.
Looks nice. But too expensive for a heavy van and high fuel comsumption (5 to, if lucky, 9km per liter, yikes). No physical ac controls? Mediocre infotainment touch screen? Expensive upkeep? Nope. Pass. Go for the stargazer of staria. Same feel. Same comfort. The added safety features arent't even necessary, imo (have been driving for 20 years, didnt need those sensors back then, just a plush feature now). Unless you have money to throw away.
Nice looking minivan, This might be a version of a shorter wheelbase frame of a carnival (I remember Kia use to offer a short and long wheelbase). This car though looks OK for city driving, but for long drives the 1.5L turbo engine might struggle (engine lag). I might prefer the Zennix innova hybrid variant (hybrid's get exempted from number coding) since there pricing is close it.
@jsarmi it's not typical for a filipino family to have obesse members. These guys will always be wrong upon mentioning comfortability because they are shamefully obesse...
I'm looking for a review on this car although this is just a preview. It is nice to know top gear philippines is the first one to make a preview. 😊
Actually Kyle liong car reviews was first but if u want a review go to reygans rides
looking forward to a video comparing this with zenix
how's the reliability of Hyundai nowadays?

Getting to the third row is kind of difficult though. What do you think?
Hope this will be coming to Malaysia with competitive price! An MPV that I have been looking for all these while!
malaysia? koreans already setup in indonesia. both kia and hyundai failed to be in top 5 cause malaysian just blindly loyal to T and H

Even koreans are hating on the Staria and Carnival saying its like driving a Truck 😂

@@lexus3983my carnival rides better than my f-150 lariat🤣
@@hatermoko1074> yes its perfect for fully loaded passengers and cargo. May reduce to 35psi inflation for better ride and inflate to 40psi if loaded.
Where can we see a display unit right now in person?
Sir how’s the fuel consumption
fuel consumption?
Nothing mentioned about the 174mm ground clearance huh?
Very underwhelming.
Mas lalong walang bibili ng Stargazer nyan. Kung ako buyer at gusto ko ng 7 seater, mas ok to. Better yung design.
Same.
I feel it is too expensive compared to Toyota Zenix. What do you think?
The lower variant custin should be what's on the review channels rather than this TOTL since that's what sells in volume..
That or the mid spec.

Damn, this is a pretty sick car at its price!
I agree
2.08 M yang variant na yan
How long is the warranty?
5 years 200,000klms
Custin is an Okavango competitor
Better comfort and nice design❤
Kala ko ba 7 seater? Parang anim lang seat space
Custin vs Zenix video please
Innova competitor?
a comparo with Zenix would be nice
@@SebAndDeb the nonhybrid zenix is absolute trash compared to the base variant of this
@@wanderingandroid bobo wala ka ngang zenix siguro eh

It feels more like a replacement of a Honda oddessy, since there is no new model Honda oddessy anymore 😅, smart move of hyundai
Zenix killer
HEV vs ICE for this totl model... I do agree with you on the base model though.
Hyundai should launch this model in India 🇮🇳
TOTL variant is what car makers (like Hyundai) dictate to youtube reviewers
Yung 3 6’2 will never gonna happen unless kung gagawin varsity service yung custin
Better and nicer than any known brand but not Hybrid or PHEV!?! NEVERMiND!!!

This one's definitely much much smaller than Kia Carnival.
Similar size

Kia Carnival still 🔛🔝
Rwd apa frw
it's like a compact Kia Carnival.
Nice
a bit pricey given the engine @1500cc only. design is better than Tucson and Stargazer
2023 Toyota Crown in Philippines
the front looks like the last gen crv
Yung size nyo naman po kasi is not regular for most filipinos so I think ka kasya mostly all pinoys
oh shiiii
I need a car that using gold wheels
Wearing 2 watches, that cool. :D
Front and rims look like 5th gen CRV

Very uncouth character.
