Mas mataas din yata excise tax if higher than 1.5 ang engine displacement kaya mas tataas ang price, kaya madami na ngayon naka 1.5 turbocharged.

Regarding sa fuel consumption sir, mas maganda talaga kung masusukat mo pag nagfull tank ka tapos sa sunod na full tank mo ay tingnan mo kung ilang kms ang tinakbo mo. Very much inclined na ako na itong custin ang bibilhin ko. Gusto ko lang talaga ng info pa about fuel consumption

Ano other options nio bukod sa custin? Major issue ko ay cost sa 2M and not hybrid 🫣. Understandable somewhat since mini-van sya pero at lower price may iba options din sa mpv nga lang.
Siguro gawa ako separate video lile custin vs zenix since you mentioned hybrid. I guess you can look at okavango sir or territory ng ford.

@mikesantos8988 base lang sa experience ko sir. Kapag light ang tapak ko, mas bumaba ung reading sa gauge cluster eh. Pero kapag madiin at maarangkada ako, tumataas ung numero meaning mas nagiging matipid. Dont know if right pero base lang sa karanasan sir.

Custin is a really good choice, but should it really be compared to Veloz and Xpander?

I was just thinking since this is the first model , meron kayang mga factory defects to? yun lang ang reason na napapaisip ako kung bibilhin ko na ba ito or maghihintay muna ako ng mga months at maghintay ako ng mga feedbacks or even Hyundai itself na meron silang dapat baguhin sa unang labas, na iimprove nila sa next year model nila.
Siguro ung headlights issue lang for me. Nag momoist eh.

Ang tawag sayo ay malas. Owner ako ng 2010 Tucson theta, and Hyundai accent 2015 crdi. Goods na goods pa din. Aircon lang issue so far.
Delay and lag are the same. Just saying. Kahit na naka SUV wag na lulusong sa baha unless emergency. Madumi masyado underchassis. Try nyo kayo mag clean ng brake makikita mo din linkages puno ng dumi. Later on owner parin gagastos.
Iba ung delay niya sir sa actual turbo lag. Di ko lang masabi right term. Nakakaranas ako ng turbo lag sa montero pero sa custin iba ung "lag" niya. Tama naman na di dapat ilusong sa baha, unless emergency at kelangan nang makarating agad sa destination.

Anyway, andito ako hindi para makipagtalo. Kudos sa effort mo sir. Dati yung crosswind ko hinahanap ko saan ang baha enjoy2 ako kasi feeling indestructible ang 4ja1. But, now my current 2014 KIA crdi kahit gutter deep lang ayaw na isulong hintay muna hanggang mawala baha. 😆

Based on gauge lang po yan sir upon driving on really busy streets of manila. If you drive on highways or maybe subdivision areas, you can get 6 to 8km per liter. I will do manual computation soon sir para mas accurate.

@@NoahsGarage subscribed sir. Hehehe. Napanood ko na po ng buo. 3.5 kmpl city and 12-14 kmpl highway. Medyo nagulat ako sa 3.5kmpl. hopefully sa guage lng Yan. And masukat nyo Po manually Ang actual kmpl ( full tank hangang umilaw sa guage Ang fuel. Then full tank ulit then divide sa km na natakbo). Very interested Ako sa Custin. Although medyo kinabahan ako sa 3.5kmpl. hehehe mas malakas pa sa expedition at sa Evolution 6 ( both are at 5 kmpl pag aggressive driving)
@ronaldsanpedro4338 sa tingin ko sa guage lang yun. Upon ignition kasi reset ung gauge. Pero nagdrdrive kasi ako dito sa sampaloc at laloma area, matrafic dito kaya siguro mababa reading. Kapag nakalabas na ako ng highway like quezon ave, pumapalo na ng 6 to 7km yan. Maybe next time sir gawan ko ng manual reading. Salamat

Ung mud guard sumasayad. Isang beses pa lang sumayad ung ilalim ng front bumper, pero un ay sobrang lalim kasi na di ko napansin habang nagpapark. Kaya parang kotse lang sir, need ingatan po.

3.5km per Liter? Sobrang lakas sa gasolina po sir.
Base po yan sa gauge sir, upon start, then siguro mga 15 mins of driving sa streets dito sa manila, you get that reading sir lalo pag traffic. Pero as you drive naman, that number rises so i guess depende lang talaga sa lugar kung san ka nagdrdrive. Pero kung sa subdivision ka, malamang 7 km yan pataas.

Yes, I expect this to have poor fuel efficiency kasi 1.5 turbo.
Considering the power to weight ratio. Sa highway, sure ok yan.
The good thing is comfortable siya i-drive and sakyan ng passengers.
But 3-5l/km is really poor kahit pa sabihin sa gauge yan. What the gauge says is indicative of actual driving condition.
Wag na lang gawing daily drive. Pero if may pambili ng gasolina. Goods na yan.

Hirap yan s uphill kc wala +- tas nkkatakot yan s downhill wla engine brake subukan mo dumaan d2 s ligaya drive tagaytay-talisay rd
Sa uphill siguro hirap initially pero kapag nagshift na siya sa 1st or 2nd gear depending sa bilis ng sasakyan, kaya na yan. Pagdating sa downhill, kahit naka tiptronic ka, you will still use the brake pedal regardless kung naka 2nd or 1st gear ka, unless gusto mo masabugan ng piston hehe.
