My Impressions on the Hyundai Custin 2024 + Test Drive

- The #hyundai Custin is a nice MPV with7 seats. It is smaller than the Kia Carnival or Toyota Sienna so it will easier to drive and park. The interior finish is quite nice and the ride is very good.
Thank you for this review. Normally the car reviews are for the higher variant. This is the only review I've ever watched comparing the lower and the higher variant. Just what I was looking for.

We are actually considering this Custin as our new car to buy. Kahit ito lng na entry level kasi maganda na rin nmn. Yun nga lng, yung right rear door lng ang nk auto open/close. Yung left, manual lng.. Quite odd. Pero pinakanagustuhan nmin ay yung 3rd row seats ay mkk upo ang adult ng convenient. At so spacious tlg. At totally flat yung pag fold ng 3rd row.
kung makapag antay kayo ng 1 yr baka gawin na nilang auto yong both doors.Sana taasan nila ng horsepower para mas maganda.Parang gusto ko itong car na ito kahit yong lower variant lang.

You torque niy mataas and it comes in a pretty low rpm i wonder how it performs

We purchased a Custin a couple of weeks ago. Wala na kasi masyadong minivan sa local market especially with sliding doors. Very comfortable ride and maraming amenities (including wireless chargers sa front and 2nd row). Ang weakness na naexperience ko while using the vehicle is its performance while climbing ramps or hills. Hindi niya kaya ma-maintain yung RPM kapag paakyat, kaya bigla siyang magdownshift and hindi smooth yung transition to the lower gear. Consequence iyan ng 1.5 turbo engine carrying a big chassis. But a minivan at 2m for the higher end model? Very reasonable yung presyo niya.
Yup it's really a consequence you'll have to take. This is a bargain imo.
Wala kasi manual mode ano. If you put it into sports mode while climbing?

Fit & finish, didicated panel-gap consistency & polish not to mention torsional rigidity.
Thai built Japanese cars can't compete with Korean global car now a days.
Which means we're getting same unit as the 1st world.
Korean built cars becoming what is Japanese cars a decade ago and Chinese cars to Korean.
Japanese brands should minimize ASEAN/3rd world specific units & go back like in the 90's were
majority are Japanese built global vehicle.

Just got mine a premium, man its worth more than what i payed for, the ride is smooth, the drive feel feels luxurious aswell as

And infotaiment system and the driver feels like they have full control of the vehicle from doors to all the chairs when you sit in the captain chairs you feel like a king and when you sit at the 3rd row it feels better than the second row of most ppv suv.

@@robertdionne6073 havent travelled it outside sa city since pina rust proofing ko pa and tint ceracote etc. wait ko pa din yung plates before ko ma byahe for roadtrip. City driving as of now base on the calculator is 7.5Km per liter pero thats traffic lang less than 120km palang total odo eh.. mahirap pa talaga makuha yung true consumption as of now, update ko itong answer nto once na byahe ko na

You should try alphard or LM if you want to feel like a king. If you can’t afford alpahrd just buy super grandia elite if you wanna feel like a king

Kidding aside its budget meal, you get the feel without paying the price we are talking about the custin and not those, If im willing to shell out the money for those plus the premium put on allotment by gray market agents id rather get a coupe as those are my cup of tea. The super grandia elite is bouncy compared to the custin. We have it btw

maganda pero ang ayaw ko lang talaga ay yung lahat ng control ay nasa screen. pag nasira yan, iiyak ka talaga. mapipilatan ka talaga ipa ayos agad dahil wala ka ng aircon.

This is netpicking but just want to make the most of that 2M tag price. Hehe! Hopefully they continue to update the custin in the coming years
it's not adaptive cruise control. It's using the ordinary cruise control which is a head scratcher for me.
