i wonder how many of the 44k people that watched this video: A. Finished it. B. Checked thier car for tube after the video. C. Finished it AND missed the bonus Easter Egg. D. Went on with life, a bit confused, and have still not realized they were JUSTLY fooled!
Great video 👍 Do you have any video on 2011 Mercedes Benz C300 where the transmission oil dipstick is or how to check the oil leve? That would help me a lot. Thanks
very helpful, but I have a 2001 s430 ..lol.. can i buy a dipstick and check the back or do i have to go underneath? Also I have a code P0715 - Transmission Input/Turbine Speed Sensor - transmission is in limp mode as well it shifts hard. I can't find the location for the input/turbine speed sensor, do you have a idea, it happens to a lot of benz vehicle and do you have to reset or reprogram it?
Hello COMEDIAN SENATOR_P, In regards to your code P0715, have you tried replacing your transmission 13-Pin Connector Adapter Plug? Sometimes that gets filled with transmission fluid and can cause problems. It's $15 dollars on Amazon and it might fix your issue. If not, then it's most likely your conductor plate inside of your transmission. Check with a local certified Mercedes mechanic to confirm. I hope this helps. @@GarageDynamics Not really, I've been working on Mercedes for 20 years and was thinking I've never seen that, maybe it was just one model year.... lol!
@@b376010 That's so cool that you've been working on Mercedes for 20 years! Also just as cool that you ALMOST learned something new today lol!! Although, the 2003 w220 has the aux port and that was a one off year lol!
I have an 06 S500 and I know that car inside out. That is the only reason I knew that service tube is made up. Best April fools ever. I wish we could see videos of people trying to find it. lol
There is NO tranny dipstick tube on the 7 speed W220 as you indicate. It would not be much of a secret with that long red handle protruding well up into the engine room. There is more to this than you know ! THIS is the trouble with TH-cam. LOTS of misinformation.
Did you find it? My 2013 E350 has intermittent shift problems and I cannot find the stick to check level. I had transmission changes at 70k. Now car has 92k and no signs of leak underneath. Curious if my level is low but cannot check

If they didn't want anyone to know about the dip-stick, they sure az heck didn't do a great job at hiding it.

Do you have an Opinion of the Highest Quality / Smoothest Functioning ATF that meets MB-236.17?
