Also have a question, does throttlestop reset when you shutdown or restart the laptop, the settings? (Tryed at -80 and degrees decreased by 20, wow)

So I use an Alienware 17r4 , when I apply the voltage , it's not applying... I cant downgrade the bios bcz Intel blocked it and I dont have a Battery in my Laptop.. any help ??

Go for latest gen CPU...
And one last... What would u prefer ryzen 9 or i7 10 gen?
I7 CPU since most of the softwares are optimized for Intel rather than Ryzen

Yes, Try Intel XTU software through that u can reduce temperature

i think on buy a 9 gen m17. can that be cooled the same to safe temps as the this year model. the model on marked atm are just to pricy
Actually I reduced lot of temps by switching on fan to performance mode

Reduce some in game CPU consuming settings... That may reduce frame drop issues

No this brings down only CPUs.... For reducing temp of graphics card u need to reduce some graphics settings like that...
Use MSI afterburner to downclock GPU
part 3 see if your Alienware fans are not full of dust like my are.

Check for dust... If fan is spinning then no issue on that.... U may have to reduce frame rate to 40 fps...
