Just finished this video, and from your opinion and riding style and the "feeling the road" more aspects. The t bar set up seems a good choice. My mechanic told he has a deuce, same year as mine, and it has 12" apes that he will let me ride an hour or so and see what i think, so, that will help. Appreciate the videos and experience. Stay safe
T-bar setups really look right on certain bikes, but think them an odd look on my Road King Standard. So, went with the KST pathfinders; which have tons of adjustability so I can get about the same width of T-bars with a better hand position, for me that is. I'm not a big dude and have short arms.
Great info! I just posted a new video today asking this very question. I bought a 2021 Road Glide Limited. It’s hard to understand what all you need to get this setup right for you, but this certainly helps. Thanks!
This is the exact question I have. Currently riding with Fat Baggers Inc. 14" bars on my 2020 Road Glide. I Love the look of the Thrashin' Supply bars and risers plus top triple tree but I put 20k+ miles on my bike a year. You are taller than me so I think the same riser and high bend bars would be perfect on me without the spacer. Thank you again for another detailed review! I hope to catch up with you this year at the Stubborn American Rally.
A 10-12” apes I think fit my riding. I think one day the beach bars we rode with 20 years ago, will come full circle and be a bar of choice. Bars are as important as our seat as they can make or break your riding experience.
Great stuff man! Quick question, what extension did you use for the additional rise on the riser? I feel like mine would be mor comfortable if I go up another inches or 2. I got the 9.5 + the high bend bar.
I’m 5’11” on a great day I run the exact same setup on a 2021 RG but I have the 9 1/2 pullback risers. The way I have my gauges adjusted I see the same view of my screen as you do. I love the way it feels and handles. If any of y’all have any questions I’d be more than happy to help you out on this I’ve run this setup on a RG and SG.
I could totally see my house on this video….sick. If you’re ever in the neighborhood, stop by and say what’s up look for the black and yellow road glide just off of Mast couple streets past Carlton Hills. 😂
Fads and Trends come and go. Easy Rider (Peter Fonda) was a Trend Setter. The Terminators "Fat Boy" became a Fad. Jax Teller was a Trend Setter (the Club Bike look). Holligan/Stunt Riders have adopted a Club Style look and with other upgrades have a Bike tall enough to do Doughnuts without scraping the Primary, and a seat and handlebar setup that helps pull a Wheelie on demand. To each his own...
Its the GoPro Grip Gooseneck mount. Works well, but definitely get the GoPro brand one. I've tried some other knock off versions but they were terrible.
Why do you call this a T bar setup, when its just a taller riser? I put 4" risers extensions on my 19 Road King so that I could keep the stock bars and the cover for the 3xtree mount.

Nice! KST makes great products as well. Thanks for watching.
I have the same exact same t bars but I set up the gauges in front of t-bar clamp . I have about 5,000 miles on it. love this set up.
Saw that bike in Waukon, Iowa. Looked really dope. Love Thrashin Supply.
Thank you! I appreciate you watching the video. Be safe.

Just getting Tbar setup...I would say...it's cool...but I need more bend so I can comfortably lean into my back rest.
Thank you for all the great information
Take care ride safe
Thanks, I don’t think it would work on my Street Glide Special!
Great vid! ✌🏼🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thats probably a good point. But, thank you for watching anyway. Be safe.
Great vid! How is the low speed handling, do you notice any difference or how noticeable are they on u turns and what - thanks!
Nice work mate, I’m glad you are still enjoying the new set up. It looks great 😎🤙🏻

thank you, you are the only one that stated how tall they are, im 6,2 on my roadglide has 16" factory 47 and i want t bars
Just a heads up for an update. I did change it out to the 9.5 inch pull backs. And its way better with the taller risers.
Thanks for the input 👍🇺🇸‼️
😎🤙

Hey bro, did you have to extend clutch and brake lines plus controls heated grips ect? Thanks

I literally just asked this question. I have been looking at them for the last month.
Nice! I hope this video provided you with some good info.
@@FullThrottleHOG we shall see, I just bought them!!!!

Those roads are so rad. It’s not even close to what I think of when I think about riding in California.
Jeez you put your own pegs on, by yourself no less. I'm impressed, must be a real biker.😂😂😂
Used my own Allen keys and everything. Ha ha.
What kind of go pro mount do you have in this video and how do you like its performance, TIA,

Thanks for the great video 👍👍🇺🇸
All the T-bar set ups I've seen have been for 2014 and up. Any idea if anybody does then for 2013 and older?
Are you in lakeside? i saw 67 and 52 and i know those roads. I rode the 67 yesterday to get julian pie.
I’m in Santee. Gotta love that Julian apple pie. 🤙🏻

You see it like I do . Let’s go for a long ride ? N.C.
I fail to see how t bars are comfortable. Plus they look goofy to me.
To each their own.
Nice
Thanks PapaP. Be safe.
