Love you boys, got me a trail master and wondered what I would need to do to it for more fun on the trail and "street legal" here in Buffalo NY.
Tons of great ideas and the parts list is a must.

This is my favorite build you guys have done. I realize it's not the most out there or unique build you have done but it is still my favorite.

Really excited for that wiring video. I have the TrailMaster MB200-1 and am doing a street legal build as well. Been having a few issues with wiring so hopefully your videos will clear that up. They've definitely proven to be helpful so far. Keep it up!
Great build can't wait to see it finished. Make sure you use some type of rubber bushing on the front mount of the gas tank or you will end up cracking it from vibration
Looking good . Nice build ! The chain got loose because the rear shocks are longer causing the swing arm to drop down more. The pivot for the swing arm is far away from the front sprocket. To set chain tension you will have to compress the rear suspension (maybe two ratchet straps to compress and hold it) until the front sprocket center, pivot point and rear axle center are ALL in a straight line. That is the only point the chain will be tight. Any other position from that straight line will cause the chain to be looser because of the location of your front sprocket in relation to swing arm pivot. It the chain is too loose when riding and hitting bumps, you will have to use a spring loaded chain tensioner.
I like the idea of power coating the gas tank. Just please remember, power coat requires 400 to 450 degrees for about 20 minutes to meld and cure. What ever you put On, or Inside the tank, has to be able to handle that heat. I don't think bondo to fill the dents will work with powder coat, check with your coater and find out. Regular solder may not work either.

I hit 55 lol with stock gearing and a header n jet with filter. Would do it stock just took a min. I'm 155lbs
I do lead fill on my stuff some times. Got to keep a fan running. Makes nice work on body

put a 212 on an older motorcycle frame (old yamaha dt80) (for example) could be a cool build, there are a lot of old bikes in the wild
I would be worrying about the gas tank. It is leaning to far down in the front to feed the petcock should be raised some to allow for all the fuel to flow out.
The light ? , really cool idea but , did you think about using the rear rack ,well if you do it will cancel out the rear light , so maybe the light should be at the end of the rack? Just a thought. You guys do great work! so keep on keeping on !

Love the build but, you got the headlight mounted upside down. We run the same style on our Harley’s. Looking forward to seeing how you wire it up for hi/lo beam operation.
Tanks are always usually rubber mounted.

I want a chopper like yours i think its sweet
I had a friend braze a tank that had holes about that size with regular brass rods...worked great. I then used kreem to seal the tank. You can find it at motorcycle shops or of coarse on line. It's a three step process. First you clean the tank with acid then dry with alcohol and finally pour the sealer in and move tank in different directions to apply sealer to entire surface. Seals tank and presents tank from rusting again. Some people do it to new tanks. You can either do what I have told you or suffer the consequences! That's a little dramatic...sorry. Great video guy... Red Beard I have a question? My Coleman ct200u it's a great bike my son and I own four of them.... One particular bike starts right up and runs fine my only question is the initial startup I roll down the driveway I get this loud vibration sound kind of like a humming I shut it down right away check the bike out starts right up and I have no problem with it after that it repeats this noise every time I fire it up... Any feedback would be appreciated love the channel and all the information you bring to us good stuff brother... thank you

Yo Red Beard... Welding right next to a Battery is not such a good idea. Think "Hindenburg"! Batteries emit Hydrogen Gas! A Spark was the root cause of failure (Kaboom) in the Hindenburg explosion!
Even if it is a sealed Battery (in this video), you might want to do an additional disclaimer (a warning about this risk) letting your followers know they could get a Face full of Battery if they do what you were doing @ 6:00 in on this Video!

I think the Trail master is the way to go if you have the choice. Can't beat the size of it and rear suspension. Stock the trailmaster is about 15mph faster
