    U can balance the tires yourself. Round stock same size as your axle hub. Build a double A frame just big enough to get tire off table surface. Put round stock through axle hub then put it on the double A frame and spin the wheel. Heaviest part of the tire will be center down. Put wheel weight 180 from the center bottom then it’s balanced.

    We balance dirt racing kart tires simply. Buy weights build a small A frame put a piece of round stock same size as your hub diameter. Spin wheel when it stops rolling place a weight 180 above center bottom. Add weight as needed till it keeps moving.

    Put about 4 to 6 ounces of .020 of the non biodegradable air soft bbs in each tire to balance them. How we balance out 4 wheeler and big mud tires on our trucks (more weight of course).

      tacticool commando it doesn’t seem like it would work, but it does. I researched the first time I ever heard someone suggest it and there are videos that explain why it does. Apparently they even do a version in some big truck tires.

      @@tacticoolcommando7305 Its the poormans version of dynabeads. However I've found that their ceramic beads will "sandblast" the inside of an aluminum rim and break up to dust in a steel rim. The non biodegrable air soft bbs are rubber and don't do any damage.
      There are many videos on explaining how this works. I thought it was all snake oil until a buddy done it on some 44s we couldn't find a tire shop with a big enough machine to balance. You can look on dynabead website and they suggest how much weight to put in each tire. The key is getting the heaviest rubber bbs you can find I think they make them heavier than .020). I just know the 0.020 are easy to find in wal mart.

      @@user-neo71665 Works great on my puny 33" Toyo's . I too was sceptical . Apparently they used to use dry sand in truck (Semi) tyres back in the day . Also I've heard lead shot can be used too. I've found you don't need to be too accurate with the weight you put in the tyre . Just put plenty . The only downside is the noise you get with plastic beads when rolling to a stop . But I actually quite like it LOL

    Put like half a gram of small beads in the tire. Used to change tires and when we had big tires we couldn't balance we had these tiny beads we put in the tire. You could feel the balance go out when you hit a bump but it came right back. Don't know the exact measurements we used but I believe it was an ounce for a full size truck tire

    Might want to check your RPM when going 45 - 50 mph before and after sprocket swap! I bet the smaller rear sprocket will drop your RPM and actually give you less top end and slower acceleration. Top end on a TC makes final drive gearing need to be pretty short. ... but you'll probably never read this anyway.

    • @austinsteward1099
      @austinsteward1099 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      you were right about one thing the smaller the spricket less take off but more top end

    • @bwxmoto
      @bwxmoto 5 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Austin Steward. Nope, larger sprocket will be better better on both counts. You are forgetting there is a CVT (torque converter) between engine and rear sprocket that changes from very low to very high ratio.
      When the CVT is at it's lowest ratio, stock gearing works fine, but when it is topped out, it makes the final drive way too high with stock 50t sprocket and engine labors at low RPM below the point governor even kicks in. That is not using engine's RPM correctly and looses power and top end ultimately.
      I changed my front to a 9t and it is still too high to even reach factory governed RPM on the Predator 212 at 47 MPH. So I am going to run a 9t front, 60t rear and then I'll still be able to hit 50 MPH or so before I hit governor, and that will also give more bottom end as well.
      That's using the torque converter correctly. It'll also save belts because less load on the torque converter. Also if you take governor off after that you can use engine RPM to get even more top end speed.
      I'd give you links to the GPS runs videos I did on my channel on my CT200U but youtube would flag as spam. I've tried to tell RBG many time, but he doesn't see messages or else doesn't get it. I dunno. I'm speaking from experience is all I can say.

It seems like it should be alot faster for what it is.
