I just love my Trailmaster Hurricane 200 stage 1 and I take it everywhere on and off roads👏🏽💪🏽🔥😇 a lawnmower would work a lot better on trimming that grass! another awesome video!

I really like that Trailmaster, main reason it has rear suspension. But I have it in my mind to try shoe horn in a 670 twin lol.

Actually check your rpm at top speed. It’s still geared too high with a torque converter. You will get more top end with lower gearing until you hit the rev limit for governor. Try an 8 tooth front or 60t rear or both.

Hey! Can anyone help? I tried the stage 1 install and it seemed to go well but now the bike feels like it has a throttle/ miss issue. It will not throttle up all the way and tries to die until I get off throttle. Any easy call outs? Thanks
I'm 6'2" 300 lbs. In your opinion would that mini bike support my weight? I know the weight rating is 220 lbs.
It will work out great. I am 6' 240
im 360 6,2 and i drive around all day on my trailmaster have had no problems.

I understand this is an old video but i just picked one of these up and id only does 18mph max with me on it. 6ft 220. Im shocked to see it hit 40 plus in your video. The website said top speed of 24mph. Any thoughts?

the governor is not working
The governor doesnt work on most of the mb200s
Depending on the year of trailmaster the earlier ones came with jackshaft set up which gave it the 24mph top speed. The more newer ones come with torque converters providing the 40mph. Even with out the governor a jackshaft set up can only provide up too 31mph at least in my case with a massimo warrior bike

@@kramginyem1276 you can start by backing out the throttle stop screw usually they be turned pretty far in and doesn’t allow you to get full throttle. You can search up a video to help you locate it. It’s easy

Hey red beard, do you think one of these trailmaster rear wheels with disc brakes can fit on my massimo warrior mb200? I need a serious brake upgrade as I top out at 50mph and the drum brake does a horrible job at slowing me down.

Is this better than the Coleman 196cc Extreme Mini Bike CT200U-EX? I really want to buy a Mini Bike but I need to know my absolute best option.
I kno this is a late response. But, I have the ex and trailmaster. I like the ex way better than the trailmaster. Both modded with 212 hemis, torque converters, stage 1 kits, no governor and the ex blows the trailmaster out of the water in speed. The trailmaster does ride better but it doesn't have a storage tank like the ex. That's something you get spoiled too. The trailmaster also doesn't handle as well at very low speeds. Just my 2 cents

I did a stage 1 kit on my trail master and it sounded like garbage and ran terrible. I didn't know you had to adjust a carburetor. That's one thing you didn't mention in this video. You have to rejet the carburetor

why don't you make your own headers man you have a tube bender so learn how to use it if I had one that's what I would do that way you wouldn't have to take parts off you can make it run along the bottom of the frame like a car

I got a 196cc mini bike. It starts good but the engine surges and when you gas it . It falls on it's face and back fires. Am I to lean? What size jet should I replace my old one with .038 like a predator? I put a new predator 212 carb on it and it does the same. I'm running stock exhaust and air filter . If anybody knows what's up please clue me in. Thanks 👍🏻

hey probably a dumb question but i dont know dick about motors. Will the new air filter include more maintenance? I ride in a lot of mud I mean alot, would love love to add this little kit to my bike but I dont want to clog the filter every lap.
