Love the content you are producing.. Timing of this video is great. Been doing some basic streaming and wanting to expand on the setup.
Quick question in relation to the bandwidth management. Have you tried Streaming at 720p? It's basically half the visual information required (921600 pixels @720p vs 2073600 pixels @1080p).. It might allow you to better utilize that available bandwidth.
Also, very stoked for the SoundSwitch video.

Hi Mojaxx, I was wondering have you hear about Rane 72 ? Because a few dj shops & online stores are not carrying it anymore. You are my go to Guy
I'm wondering if the pixelation (macroblocking) is actually caused by the encoder built into the black magic box and less to do with the bitrate. The encoders built into GTX and RTX cards seem to handle the business of visuals better and CPU encoding seems to handle it even better. I'd be curious to see a test between all 3, GPU vs. Blackmagic vs. CPU.
That’s a very interesting theory. I’ve definitely seen the issue with people using software, but of course that could be with the stock x264 encoding though. At some point in the future I want to get some PC hardware together and do the kind of testing you’re talking about!

can you share your macros?
@@seunbabalola5362 a week later I have up and went for the MixEffect app which allows me to animate Supersource layouts… so worth the money….

Hello, thanks for this great video. I have been trying to make a macro loop. But I could not find how ? How can I do it ? Any link to share ?
Where you click on ‘run’ in the Macro window, there is a loop button next to it. I found that leaving it activated didn’t negatively impact my ‘one-step’ macros in any way.

The fixtures are what Nick said, and I’m using a very affordable Donner WDMX transmitter to send the data to them.

Hey bud - thanks for the video. How are you monitoring your audio? Not having a headphone out on the Mini Pro has made it a bit tougher for me to dial in EQ etc on the fly, and have had to record, assess, tweak and repeat...
All of my audio is done in the DJ mixer - I’m streaming at night so all in headphones, and with the level meters on the pro multi view, that’s all I need. I’m hearing everything that’s going into the ATEM before it does, and I don’t use any processing (except the delay) in the ATEM software. Might have the limiter on, actually, but that’s all.

Get a Behringer UCA202 soundcard, download OBS, and you're off. Check out my recent other vids on streaming here on the channel.

I didn't think I had missed many of your vids IL have a look through an see what's not got a red line across the bottom 😉🍻 I have got a creative sound blaster 5.1 external drive that I use just to record sets , forgot to say in 1st msg, will your UCA202 just simply replace the soundblaster?

@@vinny726 You may find the Soundblaster actually feeds into OBS in the right way anyway. But if it doesn't, the Behringer is a very afforable and reliable solution.
What are you calling a clean HDMI OUTPUT on your camera?
One without all the info like aperture, frame rate etc. on the output. Most mirrorless/DSLR and action cams have the option, but it's always worth checking.
