FAMILY LOVE | CREATING MEMORIES WITH MY NEPHEWS

I left the Philippines and came to Spain in January 2015. Little did I know that this city would soon become my third cherished home. Yes, you read that right! My second home was the captivating land of Japan! Originally intending to stay for just a year, life, with its unpredictable twists, led me down a different path.
Barcelona has woven its magic into my heart, but with each passing day, I find myself yearning for the warmth of family back in the Philippines. In July 2022, I decided it was time to bridge the gap and headed back home. As an uncle, the joy of meeting my two nephews for the first time was indescribable! I missed their baby days but made up for it with countless hugs during my visit.
It's been a year and a half since I last saw them, and my desire to spend time with them makes me feel too homesick again.
So this year, I will surely go and see them again!
I'm sure someone, somewhere, who lives and works far from their Family and loved ones can relate to this. Especially to my fellow overseas Filipino workers, saludo ako sa inyong lahat! ❤️
