Very well to bring the latest, but do the basic first once I purchased this iPad with best memory, size, communication. It never worked - get your software such that no service can stuff it up. I don’t understand computers but expect them to work like a washing machine or car, just turn on and it works. Computers have too many possibilities of ‘learning’ this means interfering. Basic word processing or spreadsheets are still not optimum, communication never worked. I don’t know where to turn for help now it is outdated, waiting for a Chinese invention. You promise too much and don’t deliver.
