That Mav was taking a beating. It was taking on for the team. Lift kits are already available. If you go out there often, you may want a 1- or 2-inch lift and a set of more off-road worthy tires. It's a bit of a stretch for Pirelli to call the Scorpion an A/T tire
I plan on getting a leveling kit soon for it and duratracs also! Just haven’t got to it yet because I’m traveling in it so much atm! And ikr this tire is a road tire ahah
I have to compliment your channel man. Yours has been the most informative I've watched, even from the big guys who make a living reviewing trucks. Yours has been the most practical. I have a lifted Jeep with lockers for my big time off-road needs, but it is very likely my maverick will see things like this when it arrives. Thanks for the videos.
Good amount of mud in the end...I think it did well for stock tires... I hope the set you get will have a bit of meat on them.. really put the Maverick though the paces...
Thanks for the video, I have been searching for a video of the Maverick on a soft sand beach to see how well it performs. If you could do one on a beach someday that would be awesome.
Awesome video too. I ordered those tires with mine as I won't be doing too much off road. I was curious how they might perform though! Really appreciate you putting this together
It actually winds up being a good thing that you lift a tire if you have limited clearance. You're probably not going to get stuck because the system will just sort it out. I have four wheel independent suspension on mine also. A cheap two inch spacer lift will make a huge difference. It could be under $600 for lift and alignment. Mine basically was. Great video. Seriously, you have a good system . Just like mine , just needed a few inches and then its a totally different animal. It doesn't have to be expensive.
You are such a genuine person I enjoy watching your videos. I didn’t even care too much about the Maverick and now I’m about to order one because of your vid’s Edited for spelling lol
Looks like a 2 inch lift is in your not too distant future lol. With a slight lift it would have cleared everything you threw at it that day with zero issues.
Obstacles you take are more than 95% of all users will ever see. It looks like you have fun with your truck, congratulations
Right an Thanks man I love it!
The Mav will do 99% of what 99% of owners will use it for. Best Mav dude online. Good job man! Maybe I'll get mine this century.
Yeah....I'm hoping for the same thing. I ordered mine a month ago, and was number 89 on the list...

I have the Lariat FX4 on order. When I ordered it, I was number 89 on the list. I'm hoping to take delivery before I die of old age.
I appreciate the content you make, you try to get down and looks like your not scared of a challenge. Showing what the Maverick is capable of 🔥

Glad I could help! 💪🏽
It did well for running on the stock 225/65r17 Pirelli Scorpions. You can go all the way up to a 245/70r17 without any rubbing or lift kit.
Yes plan on that soon!
Amazing performance on stock tires! Ford hit a home run on the Maverick.
True!

Yes it did super good!

I forsure can!
"I know I'm not going through the middle because I'm a lil scared to get stuck."
*Sends it right down the middle*
I came to find out it wasn’t that bad 😂

Great tests for the way I'll use the truck, when I go out to photograph the countryside. Thanks, Daniel!
Thanks for the test man!
enjoying the vids i have same color maverick but the xl awd with bedliner, steelie wheels, and trifold hard cover, great little pickup!
Sounds DOPEE

Edited for spelling lol
I appreciate the feedback!🙏 thanks for watching!
This was nice. Thanks for sharing.
Would you consider lifting the truck?
Very enjoyable can’t wait to get mine in a year lol
i just need something for snow and some fun mudding with friends, would much rather have a Tacoma but I just cant afford one lol
So, did you drive the truck from Colorado or have it shipped?
Drove
Awsome review.
Anyone know how it does on the beach? I have a 4Runner for that currently but a Maverick with the off-road package seems enticing at its price point.
With a 2 inches lift kit on it and better tires u should be good to go
Hey man, it was my pleasure to serve you at chik fil a man!
Aye you came! Haha My pleasure to support you guys 🙏
Is that Jones valley area? I live in S.l.c. recognize the scenery. Can't wait for my maverick to be delivered.
Yes it. Is!
If you really want to hit mud. Plan a trip up north away from the dry county.....
I’m actually from Kansas just visiting out here and we got Some nasty mud there too!
Did you try breaking and gas at the same time to see if the AWD would lock the wheel without traction?
will take a printscreen
Get that lift yet?!
Looks like a 2 inch lift is in your not too distant future lol. With a slight lift it would have cleared everything you threw at it that day with zero issues.
And a decent set of slightly bigger A/Ts too.
Get the 2inch RC lift
Might have toooo
Should have got a damn chevy coloraydo.
Good video
All of these soft roaders perform similarly with open diff
Babying the thing like your afraid it’ll break?!?! Get on it a little!!!
Haha I am afraid it will break 😂😂
Where is that?
Shsata lake
@@danieldeliverz3642 I'm right up the road from there. Not much left of Shasta...that really sux too.
My prius can go through all of that.
😂💯💯💯💯💯
Has no clearance
Why are you trying to do donuts in a front wheel drive vehicle
The new Ranger design looks very similar to this. What happened to creativity?
It's called design language. Manufacturers use it to distinguish their vehicles from those of other manufacturers. It's not a new concept, homie.
I'll gladly take those tires and wheels off your hands
try moab
That was not mudding...... more like a big mud puddle and not very deep, not even up over the sidewalls of the tires....really????
Boring.
Thx for the view!🙏
@@danieldeliverz3642 I thought it was good considering you are not using mud tires.
