Just ordered mine, a WHICH MAGAZINE recommended best buy, I think due to the 💩 summer there is a over supply of these so they have reduced the price to £250 and thrown in the stand and cover for free, definitely a learning curve getting the pizza dough and oven temperature right
I am curious, why hold back on the temperature? Cook that bad boy at 370 and let the stone heat up to 400 and beyond (as another poster said, you can keep it heating up 15-20 mins after it initially says it is ready). Good video! I look forward to more. :)
@@deadlypalms yep, when I get time I'll play about with it a bit more. I did a few more after the video and they started getting better each time. Also upped the temperature and worked well.
@@lisander1928 it's not meant for indoor use, but no different to other counter top ovens apart from it goes to a much higher temperature. My studio where I film is outside in the garden with sliding doors to the front. Definitely do not use pellets though indoors to smoke anything 😃👍
I use the PizzApp+ application on my phone. This way it gives you exact amounts of ingredients based on the amount of pizza dough balls you want to make and the time you have. 😃👍
Window in front would be a good idea save you opening door every time to check on pizza, still think your gas fired and wood fired ovens have a more authentic look to the pizza tho 👍
Cheers Chef, window would be great. I think the more it's used, the better the pizza will look and taste, maybe it just needs to be used on the Max setting to start to get the stone really hot.
I loved the pizzas you did in it and I was quite impressed overall with the unit. If you're not good at pizza turning then this is ideal. You can't beat a good Mushroom pizza.
cook the pizza at 370c , let the stone preheat for 30 minutes , pizza will cook perfect in 2 mins or under
i love your food making man cave

Hi, which did you use Emporium or Essentials Grated Mozzarella cheese from Aldi ?
I set mine to 370 to get it hot then cook at 330 for 4 mins. Bit of trial and error, first few on top temp were a bit squidgy in the middle underside.
What's a good recipe for the crust?
I use an app called PizzApp+
You tell it how many dough balls you want, the time you have for proving etc, and it gives you an exact recipe. 😊
Can you use it inside the house without problems?
