As a guy, I usually change my underwear after a shower or in the morning (if i haven't showered since I usually shower at night) but always at least once a day, sometimes twice since I sweat more than most people. I'm a bigger dude and do a lot of sports so the tearing at the seams is real for underwear. I also tear my underwear if I'm rushing putting them on and step on the inside and continue to pull them up (probably just me).

I wash my underwear regularly, but I do have a Favorite pair that I love, they're comfortable, and I look and feel sexy in them, however they're starting to get holes (Which is why I bought backups when I was buying them) but they could have holes because they are his favorite pairs, and washing and wearing them a lot could create the holes,
Holes are good, clean is a must.

Well.. what about showers? i dont know how many showers men take but if they only take one shower a day then thats one. As a female we can take 2-3 showers per day, so thats like 2-3 of them for the day especially if you are on your period.. Maybe thats why, idk.
