Haha sometimes I do that too when I'm home doing nothing but watching tv shows but at least every 2 days though. If it's more than that thats nasty to me. There's no need to shower twice a day, people are crazy and have too much time on their hands. I feel like showering at night is best because then you get to go to bed all clean lol and if you put freshly washed sheets on your bed its even more amazing! Showering in the morning feels pointless because if you showered 8 hours ago and you didn't sweat during the night then there's no point lol but anyway different strokes for different folks

However, if you completely wet your body (whatever method), soap up and rinse off; there's no sweat to mix with anything. More importantly, you can bathe all you want and not clean/ change your sheets regularly and still have the same issues. That's why I was raised to not sit or wear outside clothes on beds.

Exactly! And it bugs the hell out of me when people act like going a day without showering is the grossest thing in the world. Like nah bitch, I smell just fine and I shower every 2-3 days unless I'm working out a lot or doing a lot of physical activity that makes me sweat, but even then, my hair can go like 4 days without smelling bad or looking greasy because I buy the best shampoo and conditioners for it.

This video kinda made me realise why they may have let Tamar go. I think it is about image. My body chemistry makes it to where I can go 3 days without a shower. And I don't smell. I'm fine. I bird bath too. Thing is, I just have really bad mental health that makes it hard to do much, so I guess I'm lucky that I'm okay.

I take 1 shower in the morning. Sometimes I’ll have to two showers in a day depending on if I’m sweating later on from cleaning or working out and I know I need to freshen up. But 1 is usually good enough for me. 🤷🏾♀️

Then after I started watching a few episodes I came to notice to recognize Jeannie from the fashion channel. But I didnt knew who Tamar was. With time I started to love tamar's personality. Here in Tobago we're trained from childhood to bathe (shower) twice a day . We're brought up on the saying that "cleanliness is Close to Godliness" My sis currently bathes my niece twice to three times a day. She says its to train her to be clean when she gets older.

Let's be REAL. Know your body and your level of stank. Unless you're an active person (physically or schedule-wise) or a person who just sweats a lot, there's no need for multiple showers a day. One is fine, and I'm not sure why Tamar was trying to shame Jeannie. Showering in both the morning and night is not better or worse than showering once at night when the only place you've been is in your clean bed. It's all about preference and knowing your body.

Some days you just don't feel like showering. If you're gonna sit in the house all day and you're not going anywhere then why shower? Unless you are on your period, then yes you should shower. I feel like if you don't have to go to work, school, to a party, or somewhere important and you're just sitting in the house all day or going grocery shopping then it's okay to skip a shower.

Showering in the morning wakes me up and makes my skin feel good to put my body lotion and perfume on. Having a bubble bath with candles at night is relaxing before bed. I like to feel clean starting the day and ending the day. If I'm on a long haul flight I do the bird bath in the bathroom of the airplane, like Adrienne said, bird bath and brush your teeth 🚿🛀

Tbh during school time I don't have the time to take a shower because I have to get my little sister up and take her to her bus and then I only have about 15 minutes to get ready but I don't stink. I go all out the night before and I make sure I don't stink but atleast bathe at night because you've places through out your day.

I used to feel like them but I have many friends who I recently found out don't shower everyday. They never stink, and I have a sensitive nose, and their skin is so soft. I just think it varies from person to person. I can go a day without a full shower and not stink.

I shower every 2 days for 2 reasons , one is I live in a very cold city , two is I don’t carry the gene for body odor just like my father , my armpits never smell no matter how active I get so I guess I’m lucky
Honestly this topic made me feel better. I have excessive sweating problem and i don't shower daily so i get smelly down there and stuff. I was thinking to myself "is it too much to shower daily or twice a day?" but seeing people who don't have this problem but also taking daily showers made me feel good 😄
