Early Spring Ice Out Canoe Camping In Terrible Conditions.

I head out with Jay from ‪@DaxWoodsWanderer‬ and Paul for a quick 2 night ice out canoe trip. We experience winter like conditions after a week of 80 degree temps and the fishing was not good but we still manage to have some fun.

dodnt worry the sun will shine again! the inbetween time is always the hardest to deal with. in August youll say wish i had some of that 26 degrees now. enjoy the rest of spring. bill🙄😀

Camped on grass pond off of lake clear the first week of May had some pretty good fishing but the weather wasn’t the greatest

It was a rough one for sure. This year was bad though we have had some great trips in April in the past. If we had the hot tent it would have been a different experience.
