My Favorite Chunky Turkey Chili Recipe

- What’s up, folks! In this video I’ll show you step by step my favorite recipe for how to make an easy and healthy turkey chili. It’s summertime and nobody wants to eat a big bowl of heavy, beefy chili (well, I actually wouldn’t mind LOL) so I will show you how you can still have the taste of amazing chili without all of the heaviness from ground beef. I like my chili extra chunky so I made sure to use canned diced tomatoes that are fire-roasted for an extra pop of flavor! I also added in lots of good spices like cumin, chili/chipotle powder, and smoked paprika to round out the flavors! Hope you enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ lb ground turkey
1 large diced onion
1 diced green bell pepper
5 cloves minced garlic
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
15.5 oz can of red kidney beans
small can of black beans
1-2 TB tomato paste
1 ½ tsp each: cumin, smoked paprika, chili or chipotle powder
1 ½ cup vegetable stock
dash of Worcestershire sauce
scallions, finely sliced
jalapeno, finely diced
sour cream
salt and pepper, to taste
All given measurements are an approximation and meant to be tailored to suit your individual preferences and dietary needs!
